Reason for Refund Request: I have decided not to utilize any of the services offered under this package because of your executive is liar, he has made fool to me.

I request you to initiate the refund process as soon as possible within 48 hours of receiving this email and share the refund reference number with me.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this issue by filing a formal grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiating a transaction dispute/chargeback with my bank for "services not rendered."
