[Resolved]  Shine.com — middle east job placement fraud

Dear shine team,

Today i went through a fraudulent activity by mr. Amit & mr. Gaurav gupta & mr. Vinod.

At around 01:00 pm today (21st november 2017) :-

Mr. Vinod was the first person to call me and he asked me if i am searching for job. Since i was already looking for it, i said yes and asked for what other services they give. So i enquired for overseas also like singapore, dubai etc..
He told me that he needs to transfer the line to his senior manager mr. Amit who look after the overseas requirements.
Mr. Amit talked to me and sent one email with regard to the services they provide - international resume writing (Me, can) & profile update for (Me, can). I became busy and asked him to call in the evening.in the email it was written that i need to pay somewhere around 7000/- inr and all my job assistance will be covered.

At around 05:30 pm today (21st november 2017) :-

Mr. Amit called me and said if i checked his email. I said i want job placement and he asked me to pay 6502/- (Discounted price) for international services but he never mentioned that this is only for resume writing and profile update and i need to pay again if i need to go through the whole process of job placement.
We both discussed for a long time and based on his emails from shine.com and payment link, i paid the amount.

At around 06:10 pm today (21st november 2017) :-

As soon as i paid the amount, another person called me mr. Gourav gupta who introduced himself as the hr person and the manager of mr. Amit.
Mr. Gourav gupta after explaining everything about the process of getting a job in middle east, he suddenly asked me to pay another amount of rs. 10667.00/-. For immigration opportunity assessment - middle east immigration & job search guidance with job thought report.
I was totally surprised.
And he was saying that my profile has been already shortlisted and my resume has been updated and the next step is paying the above amount and the process of getting job placement will start.

He seems to be totally fraud because he was forcefully over my shoulder asking for the payment and very irritating person. By his language, he does not seem to be a professional.
When i asked them about my services for which i have already paid 6502/-, he said, i will get all details only if i pay the rest of the amount of rs. 10k and if i don't pay this amount, then 6502/- rs. Will be forfeited and i have to pay again the same amount to process the job placement.

I request shine.com to refund my money of 6502/- and take steps against mr. Gourab gupta and mr. Amit who were mainly involved in the conversation. Within few hours, without availing services for the first amount i paid, he was asking me another payment.

I have attached the order no. and payment successful email I got yesterday.

My Issue is: I was told by Mr. Amit that if I pay this amount (Rs. 6502/-) then shine.com can help me to get a job in the middle east/ I was not told that I have to pay again for my actual objective of working abroad.
Also, Mr. Gourav Gupta who called me as HR (as told to me by Mr. Amit) just within 30 min of the first payment saying that my resume has already been shortlisted and updated and I need to pay again 10, 600 INR approx. and this made me that I am being mislead.

Request your kind help on this and I want my money back.

I have seen in this consumer complaint portal, the same thing happened with another person.
