[Resolved] Shine.com — paid service charge of 55,778 | |||
Shine.com called for premium services on 12th June 2019. From Gurgaon office. They charged me ₹55, 778 in 4 part payments. Next day (13th June) they called me for 5th payment of ₹41, 073 was asked which i declined since they informed me on 12th June 4th payment will be the final payment and no further will be required. 1st payement - 4012 INR Jobs on the Move: 30 Days pack Order ID IN20190612_210711_150815 Proforma Invocie ID: IN20190612_210711 2nd - 10206.00 INR Job Profile Verification Plus Package & Application Booster Package Order ID IN20190612_[protected]_[protected] Proforma Invocie ID: IN20190612_210777 3rd - 15668.00 INR Professional Summary & Resume Writing Service Order ID IN20190612_210791_163303 Proforma Invocie ID: IN20190612_210791 4th - 25892.00 INR Job and Interview Assistance & Education Verification Plus Package & Featured Profile: 180 days Order ID IN20190612_210841_173315 Proforma Invocie ID: IN20190612_210841. Charging above charges for job search is not logical i believe. However, being from middle class family i somehow managed to pay above amount since i was informed through mail that this is the final charges. However, next day (13th June) i again got a call stating i need to pay another 41073 INR and their will be further charges which will be around 1.5 Lac. When i told them i have mailed stating yesterday payment amount is final, shine person told me if you don't pay this amount and what you paid yesterday will be lost. I told them i will file police complain since this charges were not informed me when i paid initial payment and refund my money. Below are the responses from them. 1. Anuj : You can go anywhere you want and you will not be able to do anything to us. If you don't pay another 41073 INR then earlier paid amount will have no value and it will be nullified. Don't speak to me about police you wont be able to do anything to me no matter whom you know. 2. Declined to provide name and ID: You are asking my name and ID, this shows your class and what kind of family you belong to. If you cant buy Audi then you should not think about it. Learn to stay in your limit and complaint to anyone you want to. 3. Sweety and Sivapratap: Why you are thinking so much to pay, you cant even pay 1 Lac, people pay 3 to 4 Lacs to us. Shine.com Promises made: 1. Within a week i will have job on my hand. 2. All the service Link subscribed will be activated within 2 hrs of payment done. However, next day 13th June 4.46 PM nothing is activated and they are asking to pay more to get it activated. 3. They have some understanding with the HR and only people sent by them will be hired in the big MNC's.
