[Resolved] Shine.com — refund calls

I received a call yesterday 28th aug'17 from a number [protected] stating that they are calling from refund department of shine.com and the caller conveyed that he will refund the amount that i paid for shine services. Later he informed me to login to paytm with the user id and password he said. Luckily my internet explorer was not responding at that time. Is this call really a true call from shine.com?

shine team confirmed that the call was not from their team and also confirmed Shine doesn't have any refund policy.
