Shine.com — Refund for my payments for services they offered

I was contacted by Shine.com regarding job placement and assistance services. Initially, they did not disclose any payment details. However, during the discussion, they repeatedly demanded multiple payments, each time claiming it would be the final one. Under pressure and misleading assurances, I ended up paying a total of 1, 26, 508.83 on 16/09/2026.

Despite my written communication on the same day stating that I had been misled, did not wish to continue, and requested cancellation of services.

I have all supporting evidence, including emails and payment records. Their executives have even threatened me, claiming they have a legal team and that I will face challenges if I stop payments. This is clear cheating and misuse of business tactics.

I request immediate intervention to:

Stop Shine.com from activating services without my consent.

Ensure a full refund of 1, 26, 508.83

Take strict action against Shine.com for misleading and threatening consumers. I will go to the RTO office as well
