[Resolved] Shine.com — refund my money from shine carrier services | |||
Hi team, Date of the incident - 23rd sep 2017 Client # [protected], [protected], [protected] Contact person email - [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@shine.com, [protected]@shine.com I have received a call from [protected] (Amit paswan), [protected] (Gaurav gupta), [protected] (Gopal sharma) saying that they are from shine and will be assisting me in getting a job. They were saying rs.3099 - 309 with discount rs.2790 on telephone call as the first service charge for job referrals. Then asking for rs.6199 for profile assessment & my job thought report on email with line as discussed i. E, without discussing the charges part on telephone. The charge details they were not sharing me in prior on telephone call or by email. Then asking for rs.[protected] with discount rs.10735 for education & job profile verification. On every call they said that this is the final amount and they wont be charging more for doing the service and on email they were asking for charges and which is not acceptable. When i said this is not acceptable, the person who called me multiple times till they get the money, disconnected the call. I have paid : 1 x job referrals pack Total 3099.00/- Discount 309.00/- Amount payable 2790.00/- 1 x profile assessment Total 6199.00/- Amount payable 6199.00/- 1 x education verification plus package 5200.00/- 1 x job profile verification plus package 6099.00/- Total 11299.00/- Discount 564.00/- Amount payable 10735.00/- Payment balance 10735.00/- Current payment 10735.00/- (2790 + 6199 + 10735) = rs.19, 724 please refund my money and i don't want to have this service now. Please refund my money rs.19, 724 to the below given account as soon as possible.
