I had undergone pmp training from shine.com (Hindustan times company)
On dec 17th & 18th and 24th &25th, duration - 4 days of classroom training + 12 months e-learning access

With a promise that the training is a money back guarantee with the conditions mentioned below and if the pmp exam is not cleared (Failed):

1. You have to attend all 4 days classroom training.
2. You have to appear in all 10 mock exam.
3. You have to give the exam with in 45 days from the day you have complete your training.

Unfortunately i could not clear the pmp exam.

I had paid total training fee - rs 14, 250 + pmp exam fee $550, which was promised to refund.

I had met the conditions for the refund which are listed above and provided the proof (Pmp exam results - failed) about the pmp exam.

I have all the proofs in email by their executives about the confirmation on the refund before i joined the training. I had been chasing them in emails and over phone from 7thfeb but did not get proper response and only on 11apr i received a call stating the refund could not be provided.
