A representative of shine.com called me whether I would want their service. I accepted. They asked to me to pay Rs 3669 for assigning Customer relationship manager. I paid them the amount in two installments. Later a CRM named as Mr Ankit ([protected]) was assigned. He explained me the procedure but did not inform me of the cost I'll have to pay. He first sent me two links to pay for Rs 7030 and Rs 13704. I paid thinking that this much would be the amount. Later he sent me another link for Rs 19672, to which I said this is too expensive, he assured me that this would be last payment, so I paid. Later he sent me a link for Rs 30056 again, at which I was furious and told him that this is unacceptable because he did not inform me the amount that will be charged in total. I was pressurized, but after this payment, he sent me link again for some Rs 39000 and I denied the payment. Ankit, his superior (Mr Prakash) and Mr Ankush pressurised me avail services when I did not want to avail anymore owing to their non-transparency to actual amount and false promises saying this would be last payment. I have paid Rs 74131 (including taxes) today i.e., on 30th Apr 26. However, I have denied to take any services after this payment, I want my refund!
