I am filing this formal complaint against Shine.com (HT Media Ltd) regarding an unauthorized/misleading charge for course services that I explicitly declined.
On April 27, 2026, I sent a formal email stating that I do not wish to proceed with any courses. Despite this clear instruction, I have been charged a total of ?55, 635.67. My stance has always been clear: I am only interested in Subscription 3292 if it results in job placement. Otherwise, I want a full refund for that as well.
I have been consistently pressured by representatives calling from numbers such as [protected] and [protected]. They promised job assistance but have instead pushed unwanted and expensive courses.
I demand a full refund of my money to my original payment method. I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
