[Resolved] Shine.com — Registration fees

I have paid an amount of Rs.5000/- on 29.12.16 to [protected]@97.com. They registered me through a site called eprofilehub.com and they made me pay Rs.2500/- twice through paytm. I was shocked when they asked me further to make a payment of Rs. 9999/- saying its a part of registration - step 2. They have not given any receipt or confirmation of the amount I paid to them. When i called on their number today they say Aap Ne registration complete nahi kiya hai. Pay the amount of 9999 and get total refund of 12, 500/-. They are making total fool of people just fake and forgery and just manipulating and cheating people. There are two people who spoke to me Bikram Singh and Amit Saxena.

i am getting a mail saying shinning career .. and asking amount to register... then they follow up the remaining procedure. i don't know whether it is fraud or not. please help me through it.
