[Resolved]  Shine.com — Request for refund (Customer complaint)

Dear Sir,
I Ratheesh Kumar N S/o Shri Nagappan Nair from Trivandrum was uploaded my resume to your site for job seeking in the month of Jan 2017. On the basis a call received from Mr Ranvir Singh Chaudhary whose tele No is[protected] and said that there has a job vacancy in L&T or In Reliance Jio. He instructed to upload my all relevant documents alongwith processing fee. I obey his instructions and paid around Rs 22360/- (Rrupees twenty two thousand three hundred and sixty only) in three phase request (2600 + 7260+ 12500). After that he and his associates again asked me more amount for the same. Then I refused to give more amount and I request him to cancel my job request and refund the amounts which was transfered by me as per your direction. It was happen in the month of Jan 2017. I called Mr Ranvir Singh Chaudhary for my refund he promised me that the amounts to be refund within 45-60 days. However, the amount not yet refund in my account.

Sir, Please do the needful at the earliest. We Trust your service but some times like wise.
