[Resolved]  Shine.com — shine.com --- regarding money refund

I m mohammad sadique ali, i registered my self in shine jobs on dated 05/01/2019. First i got a call from urside to pay 2359 for pre services registration on 4 nov.2019 at evening. I did that after that then my call transfered to some senior he said that my profile review and verified certificate for job but i have to pay rs 5199 but l denied for that and she said ok with your previous services charges. At that time i felt something happened in wrong direction. On next day i told him plz refund my money back which i was paid she said the amount is non refundable. Sir plz tell me which company takes money for conducting interview. I know that consulting companies charge some amount for registration. But that experience of mine was not good.
