Shine.com — STILL NO UPDATE - Complaint Against Shine for Fraudulent Services and Refund Request

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Shine regarding fraudulent services and to request a full refund of my hard-earned money.

I would like to state that if I expressed frustration in my previous communication, it was only because I have not received proper services for the last 8–9 months, despite making full payment. My frustration is completely justified, as I trusted the company, invested my money, and in return have received no useful service, no proper delivery, and no satisfactory support.

The response provided by the company has been unfair and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they have attempted to shift the blame onto me as a customer, which is unacceptable.

The company claims that “services have been initiated.” However, simply initiating services is meaningless unless there are actual deliverables, measurable progress, and tangible results. To date, I have not received any beneficial output or the services that were promised to me at the time of payment.

I would also like to mention that I have been dealing with a representative named Mohammad Taiyab. However, despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution or support provided. This has further strengthened my concern that the company is only focused on collecting money without delivering genuine services.

Based on my experience, it appears that such companies are misleading customers, engaging in unfair practices, and taking advantage of people’s trust and financial investment. This situation has caused me mental stress and financial loss.

I strongly believe that I have been subjected to fraudulent practices. Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to kindly intervene in this matter and help me obtain a full refund of my money at the earliest.

I am ready to provide all necessary documents, payment proofs, and communication records to support my complaint.
