Thia Suman Chowdhury from Bangladesh, Ms. Sakshi Deshwal (Cell No.[protected] of Anavrin Adviser claimed to have a confirmed job opportunity for me, contingent on a successful interview. After the interview, she assured me—along with a follow-up call from her boss, Mr. Raghav (Cell No. [protected])—that the job was secured but required payment for file processing for Singapore.
I made the payment on 27/08/2023, after which my case was transferred to another representative, Ms. Sapna Rawat (Cell No. +91 [protected]). She repeatedly asked for various documents over several months, always stating that my application was "under processing."
A few months later, when I stopped receiving replies from her WhatsApp account, I was informed by a person named Gurpreet Singh that he would now handle my case. However, he has been extremely unresponsive, often replying after two or three weeks, claiming that he is still working on my case. His delays and lack of clear updates have made the process unnecessarily prolonged.
A few months ago, he mentioned with new cell no [protected] that he couldn’t locate my documents. When I reacted strongly to this, I received vague explanations and excuses. Last week, he informed me that my case was filed for Luxembourg, which makes no sense as I originally applied for Singapore. This response reflects an unacceptable level of recklessness and lack of professionalism.
I am now waiting to get immediate assistance & making calls from a responsible person to address this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will proceed with lodging a formal complaint along with all supporting documents, chat records, and recorded voice calls.
