The above mail, I have received today from Mr.Robin shine, com employee and the same time i have been connected with me in phone, i have informed by Mr.Robin that, link is enclosed for file processing purpose only and link mention Rs 28509 is file number and i have been asked to authenticate Rs 28509 through my net banking and i have confirmed by Mr.Robin that shine.com company receiving account has been off for 3 min, so that the amount will decline to deduct from my account as per his verbal confirmation i have acted but .In spite that the amount Rs. 28509 deducted wrongly from my ICICI Savings bank account. Immediately i have informed the same to Mr rabin and i don;t required Mr Sarabjeet Sachar service. Pl do the needful for refund the wrongly deducted amount Rs 28509 from their end to me

In this regards i have contacted Mr. Robin, he first Informed me first service to be activated then only deactivated, so that my amount can be refunded but after some time he phoned me and informed that amount will not be refunded . I want my money back not service . Pl consider my this complaint
