Shine.com — Unethical behavior & payment not received

I have registered on Shine.Com on 11th March 2016. But i am not at all happy with the response i am getting at your end and even the Staff is talking rudely and telling to complain wherever i want. So i want to closed my account. Please kindly revert my Rs 2400 back. Please find the attached screenshot of the account i have deposited Rs 2400.
