[Resolved] Shine.com — I have been asked to pay 2500 by shine.com and got an email too as confirmation

On 14th Aug 2017, I have been asked to pay 2500 rs to shine.com through Pay U app and I got a confirmation email for the same.
The guy (Naveen Vandal) called and gave me a reference ID and said I have been shortlisted in IBM and Capgemini for interview rounds and that the money will be returned if I take the interview as it's just a confirmation amount.I believed and transferred the money.
He asked for additional document and I provided my crucial documents to this email Id now I have neither received the call still nor my money is returned.
I am not responsible if my documents are being misused..

Shine.com Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

With reference to your concern please share the transaction id if you made any payment to Shine.com as we are not able to trace your details at our end.

Also Shine.com is a service provider and we do not provide any Job/Interview guarantee.
