[Resolved] Shine.com — I have paid Rs 31,000.00 to Shine Career Plus Service for paid services but services not received

I m kalpana yadav, first i have register with shine career plus with registation fee rs 2500.00, then i have paid some more installment accordinglly shine team guide me like as rs 4767.00 dtd 23.07.[protected]ig0 akdusp2 transfer to 3), rs 3000.00 dtd 24.07.[protected]ig0 akhwvx0 transfer to 3), rs 9690.00 dtd 01.08.[protected]ig0 almygo2 transfer to 3), rs 5000.00 dtd 12.08.[protected]ig0 anbmlt4
Transfer to 4), rs 6000.00 dtd 31.08.[protected]ig0 apprsw2
Transfer to 4). I have not satisfied services of shine career plus as their promises. Therefore, i m requested plz refund our such amount as earlier as possible. Plz help me, consumer forum for such matter.
