Shiprocket — Abnormal delay/ parcel untraceable

Delhivery AWB[protected] shipped from Gaya to Pune via shiprocket has been untraceable since 20th October. There is improper response from both shiprocket and delhivery, everytime I escalate, they say it is untraceable and ask me to check back after 7 days. It is a big box of nearly 30x30x50cm, not sure how such a big box becomes untraceable.

This is highly unprofessional behavior. Requesting a resolution for the same.

Now the package is marked lost. It is a big box of size 30x30x50cm approx. How can it be lost? Please help.
