Shiprocket — Bad behaviour of delivery guy

I have ordered some products from iba cosmetics on 26th of March it arrived on my door the delivery guy is so rude, disrespectful, he don't have any manners. He knows my home as 2 times he delivered on my door still he ask many questions about my address and talked for 2 min 39 secs. I ws not in home that time, i tried to cut his call to inform my mother but he didn't let me to cut the cll and he was asking personal questions about my family. Some how I cut the call n due to network issue my mothers no. ws unavailable . He clld me I give otp to him . When I get back to my mother I learn that he misbehave to her (he was talking very rude n insulting her)
