Shiprocket - scam it's sellers!

I have worked as a seller on shiprocket for 1 month
And send over 500+ shipments but as i believe their charges are 30% extra than their competitors and they take advance payment only as compare with other competitors providing postpaid account!

I shifted to another company and was having rs 9000 in their wallet and as per their company faq's when you cancel the membership the wallet balance is refunded within 30 days

I waited for 30 days, their were no payment from their side

I tried contacting them but no response and now it's 4 months now still they haven't paid me!

I informed them 20 days back and they took action and told me okay sir we will refund you, took my bank account details but now it's been 20 days and they said sir 4 shipments price is not cleared from their courier company that's why my money is on hold!

A. It's been total 5 months, still they didn't knew the price charged by courier company?

It's a big shame on them providing lame excuses for just rs 9000 and having a nature to scam it's seller

And even their prices is also very high

Please don't use shiprocket, they are scammer and they do fraud with their sellers!

It's been over 2 years working with multiple aggregators and trust me shiprocket is worst out of them!
