Shiprocket — Courier Parcel not delivered but status showing its delivered

Respected Sir/ Madam,

daily i am using this ship rocket courier agent for my business purpose.
4 times issue happened with this company. In courier tracking it showed delivered but customer didn't received Courier. Like this four time happened so please consider my complaint and take action . My business is impacted and i got almost 10000 around lost. I having small of scale of business only please help me out.

Monthy 30000 to 50000 i billing for courier service.

The parcel not yet delivered to the customer but showing it as delivered.this happened with me before also.. customers got disappointed..pls do the need full as early as possible..It is affecting my small scale business.
