Shiprocket — Delay in pickup

I booked a parcel on 2nd December, which was supposed to be picked up on 4th December, but it was not picked up. Without any attempt, they updated that the pick-up was canceled by the seller which is completely false. Then it was rescheduled for 5th December but again it was not picked up and a message was sent updating that the pick-up was canceled on request of the seller when the delivery boy arrived, which is completely a lie. Then I contacted customer care and let the issue know, they told me a complaint would be raised by their side, and that's it. Again it was rescheduled for the 6th of December, but it has not been picked up yet. Ship Rocket already charged for the parcel delivery while booking, now if I cancel the shipment, I won't get the money back. How could they be so unprofessional and careless? Just because of their irresponsibility, I didn't get my parcel on time, which was very important and urgent. Kindly help us with such issues so that we don't need to suffer anymore.
