Abnormal delay/ parcel untraceable

Delhivery AWB[protected] shipped from Gaya to Pune via shiprocket has been untraceable since 20th October. There is improper response from both shiprocket and delhivery, everytime I escalate, they say it is untraceable and ask me to check back after 7 days. It is a big box of nearly 30x30x50cm, not sure how such a big box becomes untraceable.

This is highly unprofessional behavior. Requesting a resolution for the same....

This is in regard to courier with AWB number - [protected] which was sent on 14/07/2021 from Patna to Karnataka. The shipment was RTO initiated on 27/07/2021 but it was not delivered to me and i got message that the receiver was not available which is wrong as i didn't got any call. Showing Unexpected scan

Respected sir, In Last week, I had ordered a Anycast M9, Order I'd :- [protected] and AWB no :- [protected], but till it is not reached to me, Firstly it reached almost near me, but when I next day, It showed me Unexpected scan, And it reached to Kolkata, West Bengal, Actually it should reach to Telangana, Why it gone there.
Please sir, I request you to deliver my product by tomorrow[protected].

Bad behaviour of delivery guy

I have ordered some products from iba cosmetics on 26th of March it arrived on my door the delivery guy is so rude, disrespectful, he don't have any manners. He knows my home as 2 times he delivered on my door still he ask many questions about my address and talked for 2 min 39 secs. I ws not in home that time, i tried to cut his call to inform my mother but he didn't let me to cut the cll and he was asking personal questions about my family....

Shiprocket is running a big scam.
I'll explain in short detail.

First you ship your parcel from you desired location. We generally weight the parcel in weiging machine before shipping the parcles.

Then a pickup person from the courier company you choosed comes to pick your parcel.

They take it to the office.

They then send it to the destination.

In between...

Wallet refund not provided

My account no. Associated with [protected]. I have raised several complaints on email and phone but shiprocket is not responding or refunding my wallet money as i want to close the account due to unsatisfactory service....

beware of shiprocket - they are fraud for sellers

Shiprocket - scam it's sellers!

I have worked as a seller on shiprocket for 1 month
And send over 500+ shipments but as i believe their charges are 30% extra than their competitors and they take advance payment only as compare with other competitors providing postpaid account!

I shifted to another company and was having rs 9000 in their wallet and as per their company faq's when you cancel the membership...

    I am a seller using shiprocket as logistic partner, i had picked up a parcel from jaipur on 16th of october using ekart which is a sup-partner under shiprocket logistics, They had initially given me ETA of 20th october, after which it has been further delayed to 27th october, 28th october, 30th October and now 2nd November. I went to ekart hub near me and they said it ia most likely lost but the company wont update it as lost and i wont get compensation. the parcel is for Rs.40600 and i just did not lose the parcel amount, but also an exhibition where such product was going to be displayed. and i am calling shiprocket and there has been no relief from their end. i am mentally harassed by such behavior and i really want either the delivery or the compensation amount.

      I recived a parcel through shiprocket there is blank nothing as per my order they r not providing invoice copy not sellers detail it means they done this cheating

          I want to raise a complaint against Shiprocket. My order was placed on 7th September and from then I have been calling them regularly for pickup on the help chat it says that pickup was not ready but on the first day itself shipment was ready and nobody ever called. The Shiprocket executives told me to wait for 24hr and wait for 1 more day and now it’s 10 days they are saying to cancel and proceed with new shipment. This is a mental harassment and no solution provided from their end.
          I wrote a mail to them and they told me to wait till 16th and on 16th they are writing a mail ‘as we didn’t receive any response from your end we are closing the ticket.’
          They are just scamming people and not providing them any help and any solutions.
          I want strict actions to be taken against them.

            On 15 jun 2024 I ( Company ID : 4615699) susbsribed for the paid feature paying 3540 in advance to use Inventory Managemant Feature as it was not activated in Default Plan.

            But after repeated reminders and follow up the customer care seems to care a lot less about this.

            I have already asked them to terminate my account and refund the amount charged.

                Hi, my name is Karminder I ordered a parcel from Amazon in April 9 and it supposed to be delivered by May 8 but I did not received my parcel yet . This was ridiculous as it is happens to me very first time . My order no is[protected] and even I tried to contact the seller but I did not find his contact number and I called you in your customer service but you guys did not respond my call . Please solve my problem if you can else you can refund my money if you delivered my parcel in wrong address.

                  I have ordered one CrossFit smart watch having order id #34634 and it is delivered by DELHIVERY courier(awb No#[protected]) . It is the not the original CrossFit product. It is a cheap Chinese product . No response from the Customer Service.

                    Raised a complaint against shiprocket. Did not even get the resolution and the ticket was also closed.
                    The issue was related to that one of my product was missing from the package that i sent to customer. The shipment was RTO.

                    Even the photo uploaded on the POD is wrong. My POD was also not uploaded. As i said again i am saying one of my items in the package returned was missing.

                          The company is playing cheap tricks with the sellers now. What they had done with me is, First they lost the sent package from our store and then after more than 60 days of complaining about it, they refunded the amount into my wallet. Then after 3-4 days one of your delivery team employee, packaged a random packet and then delivered it to us claiming to found the lost package. The shiprocket team hadn't done any inquiry about this and took the refunded charges amount back from my wallet.

                          I had shared all the proofs including the video proof and images and all other details with them multiple times and it is clearly seen in that video that the label pasted on the package is very small in size and already blurred by the delivery team thus making it impossible for us to capture the minute details of AWB number the image.

                          After 10 days of the mail shared with them, Shiprocket asked me that they want to see the delievery AWB no. on the return package despite of the fact they also had the proof video and it is clearly seen in that that video that AWB had been blurred by the delivery team employees.

                          This had happened with me twice in the previious month and it is happening with other sellers also.

                          I want the complete refund of my shipment and its cost is 2500/-
