Hi Team,

on 14 sept i have started my men's grooming online business for which i used shiprocket as my aggregator, i thought it would help me to grow my business.
after few day they assigned me a person named Ashish ([protected]). I really don't how to use my word for this person.
He just ruined my business within in a month only.
Whenever i need his help he just gave me attitude that i am an account manager of about 350 sellers, i don't have time to check your emails, send me your queries on my WhatsApp.
I started the same, whatever i had queries i used to call him and update him about my issues and made him remember that i sent him a WhatsApp message as well.
But he started ignoring my messages and i did complaint so many time to shiprocket as well but no action yet.

Is there anyone who can help me here????????

My package was not delivered even though it's out for delivery. Every day morning, I get the message in my phone that my package is out for delivery. On afternoon, suddenly, I'll receive the OTP in my phone. After few minutes, I'll receive another message that my package is undelivered. The delivery boy doesn't made any attempt to deliver my package and he doesn't pick my phone call also. Have written an email to customer care. But no response from them too. Poor customer service.

I made an order on vapevibe.in but instead of sending me the correct order they have sent me some cheap eliquid. And there is no way to reach out to seller or ship rocket support. I don't understand why shiprocket supports stuck fraudulent sellers. I am sure I am not the first guy to complain against them. Why doesn't ship rocket remove these sellers from their platform. It's disgusting. I am not even going to order from the sellers listed on shiprocket.

I have ordered a pakhi salwar suit from craft fabs via online website the product shown was of high quality material and the product they delivered via ship rocket is totally different and of cheap quality for which i paid 1000rs cash on delivery and when i m trying to contact them they are not receiving my calls and not responding to my emails it seems the numbers they provided are fake.i need the refund of my order as i m not at all satisfied with the product and one more thing the suit they have shown is stitched and the one which i got is not stitched and not worth more than 300rs i m highly unsatisfied by the product received i need refund of my order as soon as possible..

Faction hut has no proper seller communication details and address.
How did shiprocket could collect orders from faction hut.
I have ordered Mens underwear Trunks sets of 7 for Rs. 999. But they are sent a damaged cotton pant to me. There is no proper sellers contact no and address. There mentioned sellers details all are in valid.
I found Faction Hut continuously doing SCAM in online purchasing. If it will continue, they may sent any illegal products like drugs and more dangerous weapons.

I have received the wrong items. The items I ordered were 2 Cargo pants instead I received 2 Dirty shirts.

The delivery agent was in so much hurry that I had to pay 899/- rupees and the agent left suddenly. later I checked the package and it was containing 2 dirty shirts.

My order, dated August 15, 2023, on https://vapevibe.in/, was dispatched using Shiprocket under Order No. #1304. The associated Delhivery Tracking code is [protected]. Shipping took place on August 18 at 10:31 AM, and the package was successfully delivered on August 23, 2023, at 12:57 PM. To my disappointment, the package contained three 15ML liquid bottles instead of the expected SMOK LP1 Replacement Coil, indicating a deceptive transaction where I received substandard items and three insignificant bottles.
