Shiprocket — DTDC lost my courier

This complaint is in reference to Consignment no. D83672740 which has not been received by the customer, however the status is showing as delivered. But when we checked the proof of delivery the stamp or signature was nowhere found.. Kindly look into the matter urgently as very crucial document and books were missing. I didn't expected this of service from DTDC/Shiprocket

When I complained - they wrote to me "Dear Saikh Sarwar Saddat Hakim,

Your escalation 24593942 has been marked resolved as your shipment D83672740 is out for delivery with DTDC 2kg on[protected]". But the courier never called my customer and gone for delivery
