I have shipped one order through Shiprocket by Ecom Express Courier partner AWB - .[protected].The delivery boy fake remarks everytime while delivering that address was incorrect and not make a single call to customer to verify address however address was correct and he was just giving fake remarks. I registered a complaint against this in Shiprocket customer care and they did nothing... I reach out Sr. Executive ( Ankur, Sharik, Shahid ), Floor manager ( Swati), Sr. manager Arvindan ( I don't know the exact spelling). So, Mr. Arvindan (Sr. manager) make the commitment that shipment will be marked as lost and order amount will be refunded in Shiprocket wallet. After his commitment I refunded the order amount to my customer and sent new product because previous one will be refunded to me. But after few hour Mr. Arvindan (Sr. Manager) called me and confirmed they will not refund my amount and disconnect the call. They fooled me. I tried hard to connect with him or his manager to register my complaint against him but he is like a Tughlaq. He gives order to entire staff that call should not be transferred to him again.
I believe he's the co - founder of company . He don't scared on the anything. Mr. Saahil goel and Mr. Vishesh Khurana you are nothing... Mr. Arvindan is the owner Shiprocket... He can do whatever he want. Was this information helpful? |
