I sent parcel to my customer via ecom express on shiprocket platform on 29th october and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd november.
after picking up the parcel, they changed delivery date to 5th november.
on 5th november they changed delivery date to 6th november.
Then i complained on shiprocket platform and escalated delivery and they showed date of 11th november.
on 11th november again they failed to deliver the parcel and when i called shiprocket customer care, they said to wait for 24 hours.
I again called after 24 hours and they again said we will deliver it within 24 hours.
on 13th, i again called shiprocket customer care and they again told me to wait for 24 hours. then i also called ecom express customer care and they are also not giving any information and told me to wait till 16th november.
after waiting till 16th november, again today on 17th november i called both shiprocket and ecom express and today also they are telling me that please wait for 24 hours.
both the companies are playing with my parcel like a football and not giving any solid information that where my parcel is and when it will reach. they just say wait for 24 hours. they are also not giving any delivery dates now.
