Shiprocket — Not taking action on NDR

I am an eccomerce seller and ship my products via shiprocket.

On 18th july 2020 i shipped my product via ecom express on shiprocket - with edd of 25th july with awb no - [protected]
On 22nd july shiprocket notified that an ndr was to be created - so i did so and reattempted delivery on 23 july which wasnt done

Firstly the reason for ndr stated was the the premises is unaccessible due to covid - 19, but since 19th july 2020- there is. No. Lockdown in aurangabad (The city of delivery).
The building of the customer is well accessible and the customer has been receiving shipments for other companies such as bluedart.

The reason given by ecom express is unreasonable.
Despite having raised an ndr for delivery on 23rd july 2020 reattempt of delivery - nothing was done.
I escalated the matter once i saw it on the tab - 24th july 2020, 25 july 2020, 26th july 2020 and 27th july 2020.

On 24th july at 10.49 am i spoke to deepak at shiprocket who assured me that the delivery will take place by saturday.
On 25th july at 10.33 am i spoke to rohit at shiprocket for about 13 minutes who again promised delivery over the weekend
On 26th july 2020 13.01 pm i spoke to priyank at shiprocket for about 15 minutes who again promised delivery by monday - 28 july 2020- he said that there is no reason why delivery would not take place on monday
The call got cut so at 13.18 on 26th july 2020- i spoke to prince who also assured delivery by monday and raised a ticket with the lops team.
On 27th july 2020 11.20 am i spoke to aquib warsi at shiprocket for about 26 minutes who again has promised delivery by tomorrow (28th july 2020)- after seeing ms. Swati's written proof for delivery by the then edd (28th july 2020)

But my customer hasn't received the shipment despite raising tickets -

And complaining to people at shiprocket and also raising multiple ndr escalations.

This is highly unacceptable. Shiprocket claims to be the mediator between the seller and the shipping company and is unable to get the shipping company to deliver one shipment.
Shiprocket always says that a customer should call them up instead of directly calling the shipping company - but when you guys are so slow and unable to get work done - then you all should shut your business. Do not become a mediator when you guys can't contact shipping companies and ask the reason for non - delivery and why the shipping company is providing fake comments.

On 28th july 1 am - it now falsely shows rto lock - this is highly unacceptable - isn't shiprocket supposed to communicate with the shipping company - despite ndr's and innumerable complaints no actions have been taken whatsoever
