Shiprocket — Products not Delivered

I want to file a case against Shiprocket for cheating me as a consumer. I had returns pending with Shiprocket that were supposed to be delivered to my place. Unfortunately, I was not at my place that day and a guy from shiprocket called me regarding the returns. I was driving at that time so I called my wife to receive those parcels. That delivery guy asked my wife to sign on that paper and made her sign on 7 deliveries while he just delivered four of them. I have stopped all types of Business with Shiprocket now and request all new Entrepreneurs to stop doing business with Shiprocket. Below are the AWB numbers that I have not received. When I called these guys they told me that the time duration of the Complaint is over and nothing can be done now. AWB - [protected], [protected], [protected] Please do what needs to be done here.
