Shiprocket — Scam running by shiprocket

Shiprocket is running a big scam.
I'll explain in short detail.

First you ship your parcel from you desired location. We generally weight the parcel in weiging machine before shipping the parcles.

Then a pickup person from the courier company you choosed comes to pick your parcel.

They take it to the office.

They then send it to the destination.

In between they don't weight your parcel in any of their offices.

Now when your parcel is delivered.
After 1-2 days of delivery shiprocket issue a weight discrepancy by saying your parcel of 0.500gms has been marked as 3kg or 2kg
Which makes no sense at all.

Now if.you want to dispute over this parcel you have to attach a image of the parcel from which they'll estimate the weight even this doesn't make sense.

I had a conversation with their senior executive Amit Mishra from ship rocket and even his senior maybe Team Leader Ruhi Gupta.

They committed that my all the parcles had been marked in our favor that is those parcels were not over weighted, and my amount will reflect within 48 hours or 3-4 working days.

So I was relaxed for a while
Then after 7-8 days they have marked my 15 parcels out of 45 in courier companies favor.

Now when I am asking their costumer care executives about this they either say that this is how thier policy works or thry say that they'll arrange a call back within 24hours which never comes at all from past 5days, because they're unable to provide resolution

Now another Scam :

One of my parcel had been marked as delivered which was of ₹1000 but my costumer never recieved that parcel.
I've complaint against this to shiprocket then they showed me the signature of the receiver which is nowhere similar to original.
Then after talking to them for around 2-3days they said within 48 hours they'll either deliver the parcel or refund the amount.
Now its 8days and neither I've recieved the money nor the parcel. And if asking they just ask more 48hours after every 2days

And they mark all their tickets as resolved and also when asking about it they says it's their technical update and give many hells of clarification.

Moreover I have all the call recordings where they've committed about this. And I hope this scam will come to a end and I'll be able to sue this fraud business with the proofs for sure.
