This is in regard to courier with AWB number - [protected] which was sent on 14/07/2021 from Patna to Karnataka. The shipment was RTO initiated on 27/07/2021 but it was not delivered to me and i got message that the receiver was not available which is wrong as i didn't got any call. The shipment was then delivered to Gurgaon and i was asked to create a return from Gurgaon to Patna. I initiated the return (AWB number[protected] on 28/09/2021 which was supposed to be deliver on 9/10/2021 but before that date i got a message that the product is disposed off due to lack of communication from my side which is again not correct as i didn't got any call.
I have been following up since 3 months and i was assured again and again that my product will be delivered but after 3 months of trouble they disposed off my product stating it was fragile. This fact was known from beginning then why i was being troubled since 3 months.
The customer support people are not responding in right way and they are putting my call on hold and then disconnecting the call. They promise that they will arrange a call back but i don't receive any call from your team.
They also deducted the freight amount from my wallet.
I am really disturbed by the kind of service you are providing. My product was of value Rs. 4800/- Was this information helpful? |
