Shiprocket — Took my 172300 COD Money, never released, its 3 months

Address:11, Hana Para Road, BG , Rabindrapally, Rajarhat

More than 150000 is on hold for 3 months, they are not releasing my money.
This is a next level of cheating,
They can not hold my money without my permission, it is against RBI rules.
They cheat me in the pandemic time, they must be ashamed and release my fund asasp.
