Shoes On Loose — Travel Agent

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110049
Website:shoesonloose.com

I would like to complaint about the Ladakh trip booked by me through your website Travel Triangle.
This is a serious complaint of a travel agent "SHOES ON LOOSE". They have been cheating people by committing false promises. This travel agent charged us full amount of money in advance i.e. 42000 INR (4 PAX) & have not provided the services as said like:

1. As per them the driver will be at our disposal during the trip. Where as Driver was never at our disposal.
2. They committed us for local shopping & site seeing at Leh but they never provided one. I have paid extra money to the driver for that. Actually who doesn't provide local site seeing?
3.They told us that No bon-fire is allowed in Ladakh region but actually it is allowed. they are providing false information. We paid extra for the same at Nubra Valley.
4. It was my husbands bday, I asked for a cake, Please see the picture of the cake attached provided by them. It was already eaten from one side & was completely stale. I again paid 400 INR for the same.We even couldn't eat a singe piece of the same.
5.They provided us camp at Nubra valley - Natures Nest that was again bad. We couldn't close the door of camp at night. It was damn cold & Door Zippers were not working.
6. The camp they provided us at Pangong Lake - The Royal Camp was not having electricity through out the day. More over there was no charging point to charge the phone.

My Request ID is 926062 and trip has been booked via travel triangle.

Hi
we also booked a trip to Maldives and they did the same thing to us let me know if you are taking any steps. we wanted to file a complaint against them.
Hi Bhavita,
We'd like to clarify a few things for you -
1. The cab is never at disposal in Leh but used for transfers from one place for another and for local sight-seeing. We apologize if you get the wrong idea. In case of transport, all the transfers and sight-seeing are as per the itinerary.
2. We've never committed such a thing and you can go through the itinerary to check the same. One more thing, I'd like to share -
On day 4 you called my colleague to arrange the local sight-seeing free of cost which you very well know wasn't included in the package. And when she said it can be arranged on additional charges you were threatening her to post a bad review.
3. Bonfire is allowed but subject to weather conditions. Again, it isn't included in the package.
4. I talked to the guy who brought the cake. It isn't eaten from one side but got damaged while bringing it to you. I am sorry if got ruined on the way.
5. You can take this to the camp owners directly. And as mentioned in the service voucher - "The services mentioned are provided by independent entities that own or operate hotels, airlines, surface transportation, hotels, restaurants, ships and cruises, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc. Though we select reputed suppliers after we inspect their infrastructure, however, we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. We cannot be held responsible if the contemplated service is not provided by the supplier or there is a defect or deficiency in the services provided by any supplier"
6. There isn't any power supply at Pangong Lake (not in Royal camps but in general there's no electricity over there) and since the place is at 14, 000 ft. you can't burn any fossil (Govt. regulations).
We hope the above is in order and clear the air.
Regards,
Team SOL

My friends and I were planning on going for a trek to Kheerganga, Himachal Pradesh since quite some time and to finally make it happen, I looked up online for suitable packages. That’s how I came across the Kheerganga package on Shoes on Loose. Our travel executive for the trip was Kritagya. We started our trek from Barshaini, where Parvati and Tosh Rivers meet. We stopped by the Rudra Naag to witness one of the majestic waterfalls. Kritagya was at our service the whole time and was constantly in touch with us through Whatsapp. As the Kheerganga trek could be finished in one day, we had plenty of time to chill in between and soak the nature. This was the perfect trip for my whole group as all o[censored]s were backpackers. It’s also the ideal place to visit for all the hippies out there. The vibe of Kasol is so strong and energetic that one doesn’t feel like coming back only. Thank you guys for making our Kheerganga trek a memorable one.
