Recently I ordered a pair of sandel from shop101.com for 1199 rs from instagram now i recieved my order from delhivery company the product they delivered is totally different compare to the product which i ordered so kindly deliever the product which I ordered or refund the money

Recently I ordered a pair of sandel from shop101.com through instagram in 1199 rs today I recieved my parcel through delhivery delivery company the product which I received is totally different so kindly solve my problem

Iam prepaid order in shop101
But not received

And I also informe that company but not responding

So please concern my problem

Received a defective torn clothing.
kindly consider the same and return the product at earliest.

Material has been taken back but re fund amount is still pending.
Irrespective of continues follow up refund amount is not credited to my bank account. Which i linked with shop 101. I have given complaints on email & phone i have also shared latest bank statement but they are only saying that they have refund the amount but not credited to my bank account.
Plz intervene & Support for refund.

I ordered for a samsung smart watch 42 mm order id: [protected] on 6th of march 2020 from the seller named watch villa for rs. 2000.
I received my order today on 9th march 2020 but i received a fake fit band in it i tried contacting the seller but he wont reply.
I contacted the shop 101 customer care talked to a guy named mayur he said nothing can be done here.
I feel these guys and website is absolutely fake and scam will definitely lodge a police complaint by tomrrow so they wont scam more people

The shoes they show in their web page is not nearly about the same shoes which I received. Also they are not attending calls for order cancellation. Moreover at the time of delivery boy refused to cancel the order on delivery time.
Before it I tried to cancel this order so many times but still they send me the product and forced to buy it. Really disappointed by this incident. Please take strict actions.

I ordered 2 shoes from shop101.com worth rs 3000 but they delivered me wrong shoes worth rs 150. When i called them for return they said u have ordered it from our site but seller didn't used our delivery channel. Whose fault? I ordered shoes in good faith and they breach it. Please take necessary actions against this fraud company. I also visited their facebook page, all commects and post are full with same type of frauds

I saw an advertisement of a watch in instagram (Pictures are given below). I loved it so i went to the profile tagged to that advertisement. The page name is "exoticcollectionofficial" (Link :- https://instagram.com/exoticcollectionofficial?igshid=14or1svjro1c4)

I saw that watch over there and made a decision of buying it, in the discription of instagram id "exoticcollectionofficial" there is a link which took me to shop101 (Link :- https://www.shop101.com/exoticcollectionofficial)

I saw the seller personal contact no. "[protected]" so i decided to confirm that if he has the particular watch in stock, i contacted him through whatsapp,
He said the he has the watch in stock and he placed the order form there only, (I have all screenshots of our conversation attached bellow)

I placed the order on 31st aug, 2019 of ₹2500 and he didn't gave me the order id that time,

Today i get a text message from "delhivery courier service" state that "your innovationmaker package with awb[protected] will be delivered today."

When i get the order it was not a watch it was 2 pairs of shoes (Picture is attached down below).

Please help me against this seller, i want my money back. Please

This site is totally fraud. The dealer promised that he has original product. But the watch i received is not working while the dealer don't pick up the call. His phone no. Is [protected] also he didn't reply my messages. Please help me

I ordered a tshirt from watchover11 and prepaid the amount but i never received it.
First they did not replied to any of my calls and messages or mails.
First the seller from watchover11 said that shop 101 has not send them the money that's why they are not delivering the product and now shop 101 is saying that they transfer the amount once the product is delivered
But they are denying to send the product or to refund the money.
So either refund my money or send me the product I ordered.

I had ordered a women tees as per order no.: [protected]. However, i received a message of confirmed delivery on 16 dec 18.. Whereas no delivery has been made by the supplier till date.. Further, when i am trying to contact on their nu. Which has been provided on the message, the same was not answered and further was switched off by them. Please intervene.

I places an order of 2 pants amounting rs835 on
Nov 14, 2018, 11:27 pm through paytm. After following uo for 2 weeks since no updtae from them when i enquired they says my order was not successfull and they have not received any money. However, i have proof that they got the money and my order was successful. I received e-mail from them. Now its one month i have not yet received my product or not even my money. Today fed uo with them cancelled the order, hope so now they will refund my money

I had ordered a watch from Shop101.com, it's been a month and I still haven't received it. I've paid for the order already.

No one from the company is being responsive. They are ignoring my calls and messages and there is no customer service team at all. It seems to me like a fake website. I am attaching couple of screenshots from this WhatsApp group they made for me to track the status of my refund.
