My order no is 102736 for redmi 3s on 5 may, and cancelled on 12th may, and received an email that amount will be refunded within 7 days, now its been more than 12 days my amount has not been refunded yet, and toll free number is off. Shopaaz has cheated me, please help.There are thousands of other people facing the same problem.

I have order shopaaz.com redmi4 mobile rs-12499 through debit card my orderid-100405 date-02/05/2017 but shopaaz not delivered my mobile and cancle order and they reply ur moHello DIPTI,

my order id is #100513 i brought this item from Shopaaz site.
i placed the order on 3rd may but it has been cancelled due to no stock and refund status has been issued on 12th may and till now i did not get the refund please look into the matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
I have never seen such a worst service in my life.

hello everyone same happened to me ...it was a cyber crime i think there is no possibility of refund ...i paid through paytm come altogether and raise issue at higher label and national media ..share it on twitter tag cyber crime police, investigation agency and your state DG...may have the possibility to trace all those who did this cyber crime..thousands of customer paid and fake shopaaz.com fled away with crores of rupees...come and join hand altogether against this crime ...sanjay [protected]

I'm Vijay ahlawat and I ordered redmi 3s prime with Rs. 8500+(2%extra charge), order no. 103792. This order was cancelled due to shipment data not provided by our seller. This site also told that ur money will be refund within 7 working days..but till now I have not received any amount in my bank account..I ordered for it on 7th May...please help us in refunding our money

i got refund after so much of harassment .never buy any product from this company..this is fraud company shopaaz. bought redmi note 4 on 7may, and cancelled on 12th may, .

I m SASMITA from orissa, I had ordered a redmi note 4 rs12499 mobile phone on 8-05-17from Shopaaz. Com with order id 105100 by my credit card but my order is canceled on 12-05-17. And till now I can't get my money back to my account. Sir please help me to get my refund soon.

This is a fraud company. Don't buy anything from them. Those, who have bought from them, no one receive the product nor refund till date. Lodge complain/ general diary at local Police Station firstly after getting documents the details of credited account of shopaaz.com from bank and then lodge complain at cyber crime department of district headquarter police station along with copy of all documents. Also lodge a complain at consumer forum. It should be by all complainants.

Then on 13th May i received a message from Shopaaz that Order ID: 107257

After receiving the mail, i tried calling to the toll free no. & send mail too i never received any response from them & till now i never received any refund amount to my credit card account. It's an request please get my money back to my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.
