Shophunk.com — Misleading ads and Case of cheating

This is the same problem that I have faced.
It will be not Wrong if I give them the tag of "CHEATERS".

If one star is bad. I would not give them any of the stars because it worse than worst.

My name is karthik and I am a registered user on shophunk.com. My registered mobile number on the website is [protected]. I had clicked on a pop up on canara Bank's official website which said that I could buy an a Samsung Galaxy grand or Samsung Galaxy s4 for only Rs 699. However upon taking my details and after the payment of the amount, I was notified that I had been successfully registered for a lucky draw in which if i win, only then will I get the phone. I was deeply disappointed with the misleading advertisement and thus have been forced to contact you for helping me get my money back. Myregister ID is [protected]Kindly help me get my refund as I am highly disappointed and hurt by this gesture of shophunk.com. Also I would love it if you help me cancel my registration AFTER refunding my money as I am not interested in shopping or having any transaction with Shophunk. I also left a feedback stating my order ID and registered mobile number and my problem, but to no avail. I did not receive any reply, neither have I been refunded the money. I expected help when i called up their helpline number that is [protected] but I was inturn told to write an email stating my problem to [protected]@seajintech.com, which I did, but to no avail. Please please help me out as i am a salaried person and paid with the hopes of getting the phone for that cheap.
