Shopiwo.com — Not refund my money | |||
Rspected sir, I have placed an order no-202551 ( lenovo k4 note) through online website shopiwo.com on 7th march 2016. They have committed to deliver the product within three days i.E by 10th march16 but till today i have not received.Another sms received by them as my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated on 14/03/2016. But till date refund is not to credited to my account.The contact number[protected] is not available/working and no reply through mail. I am paid to debit card 10, 999/-. I am a student not a business man. Plz help me. Address of site is:- Shopiwo.com 8th floor, sln terminus, survey no. 133, beside botanical gardens, gachibowli, hyderabad [protected]@shopiwo.com But i found their correct address mentioned on payumoney is www.shopiwo.com kumardhubi bazar back side of dr manorjan sinha clinic chirkunda pincode dhanbad-828202, jharkhand, dhanbad.
