Shopkin.in — this is fake company

Hey, I am facing the same problem, my order was also to be delivered but hasn't and will not. Lets all collectively take an action.

I am facing a similar issue. I ordered a bunch of items on 24 March. It's still processing. I called customer care and they keep telling me wait for a confirmation call.

Yes, action needs to be taken against such fraud people. I am also facing this issue, i had ordered on 25 Mar 2019 and still the product not delivered. even unable to login as they have deactivated. Fake people, Fake site

Even mine. After placing the order they called up saying the order will be delivered on 9th April. yesterday they mailed saying it will be delivered today and due to technical issues the phones are not working but no show from them.

i have also made payment of 299 and ordered one top..and got a call for delivering product by 10th april but it didn't arrived. :-(( i have odered on 26th march.

There is no customer care number displayed only e mail id.can you all provided me with any customer care number? I didn't get any order booking number. Only I have the transaction id of the payment gateway. I saw the huge discounts and the fake reviews on their website after seeing their advertisement on Instagram and fb and ordered today only. Unfortunately I didn't see all these reviews. Can't cancel the order as I have no clue whom and where to approach. Have already raised a complain at payment gateway but was no help. Please guide what to do?

I have also placed order on Shopkin.in website and thereafter never heard anything back from them. Also tried to call them on there customer care but the numbers are not working even there mail them but never heard anything from them.

Government should take strict action on such fake seller. Common people like me are earning money by working hard all day and such fake people are taking our money by cheating us.
Consumer forum please take my complaint seriously and act asap and arrange for my money.

Even I placed an order on their website on 28 march 2019. The website said it will be delivered in 12-14 days. Next day theycalled me up and told that my order will be delivered to me by 12th April 2019. After that there is no response. Their numbers are also not working.

They scam people by having clothes for really cheap that tempt people into buying, and then take online payment and deactivate the phone and email. The customer service number is no longer reachable.

Same happened with me. They should be penalized for this . They still have audacity to keep the site open. Many people have been fooled and this is continuing.
Strict action should be taken ASAP.so sad that the people at large are being looted and no action has been taken against them
