Hi,
On 16th June 2023, I tried to place an order for amount INR 2627.22 from Shoppers stop Android app. After making the payment, I noticed that the amount got debited from my bank account immediately (see proof attached) but I did not get an order confirmation. The item remained in my basket.
The customer care service is really really poor, even when u r connected to an executive that person won't speak up.
After several several attempts to follow ups with Shoppers stop for either refunding the amount back to me or confirming the order, my issue remains unresolved. They have done neither.
I am now fedup and very disappointed with the customer care service of a reputed company like Shoppers stop and hence need your help. Please can you help me get my full refund back from Shoppers stop?
After sending the email to them which is mentioned in their portal I received two automated mails with two different complaint case numbers mentioning the both here:
