Shoppersstop.com — Refund for order cancelled not credited even after 1.5 months

I had ordered a kurti on 26th of November 2020. Since it was taking more than the expected delivery time and I was moving out of station, I had cancelled the order on 2nd December. It has been 1.5 months and I haven't received my refund amount. I followed up with them on emails, online customer care but haven't received any help so far.

This is the complaint number I had raised with them CAS[protected]T9K6K0. Please help expediting.

This is last time I am shopping with shoppers Stop.
