I had received wrong product, and once called customer service they sent agent in one day but exchange query is not solved yet !
This is worst service provided, no body answers the calls or replies to mails .highly disappointed with the service
Its been 10days no walid reply and wallet is not able to get generated.worst service experienced

    I hav tried contacting customer care no, no body has answered till now after waiting for 10 mins in each call n I contacted mr Paresh in the complaint cell, he too has stop responding to my calls .i Hav paid the price, I need urgently my size of the product exchanged and the missing palazzos .no body has yet contacted me after writing this compliant to ull also .

      Today he said he is in Aurangabad branch of shoppers stop .
      I need my product to b replaced as well as the missing product to b delivered to me at earliest.

        I placed one order and the courier partner was unable to deliver, the VERY 2nd day when I got the out for delivery text I called courier that no one is reaching out to me to deliver actually and updating false information. instead of complaining I did not get delivery on 2nd as well as 3rd attempt. hence I wrote to Shopper stop marking cc to courier.
        I requested them to re attempt and after making so many efforts I got to know that the order is cancelled.
        Why they are asking to write to customer care if they are actually not able to help.

          I had a purchase on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 with the gift card from my organization given to all the employees. The order details as below. I am writing this as the product not yet delivered. This shows the poor responsibilities you have towards customer as half of the order delivered.

          I would like to cancel the order and get a refund as soon as.

          I would like to get this issue solved as soon as, i am also writing my organization to keep away gifting from such poor shops to the employees.

            I have placed an order on shopperstop on 23-jan-2021
            and it is being shipped my ecom express and it has reached destination delivery center on[protected] and haas not yet been delivered and when i called ecom customer care they told me that " your order has been cancelled by shopperstop" now i dont know is it shopperstop to be blamed or ecom express. But please deliver my item . And i havent asked shopeerstop for any cancellation.Worst customer service from shopperstop

              I got damaged product from Shopper Stop Online site. I tried returning immediately but the status of my product delivery isnt updated in their system, so reached out to their customer care, who told me to wait for the status to get updated. In this conversation, they didnt bother to ask the reason for return nor did they told to send the pictures of the damaged product(This info was later given when I called customer care about my refund after waiting for 20 days without any update from them). So I've waited and returned it. Waited 20 days for their response but no mail or call from them, worried about my money, I called them and to my shock they said that they wont refund my money cuz product is damaged. What kind of open fraud is this?
              You guys sent me damaged product and because I've returned, now you charge me for that stupid product of yours?
              Shopping on your lame website is my biggest mistake, I should have read the reviews in the app store about your pathetic service and goods.
              The watch is wastefully damaged that one of its hand is detached and rolling on the dial, how can I damage a watch without breaking it, I've asked the same question to their customer care but they bother answering my question. They just say that, they have verified from their end and they've found no damage to the product while sending it.
              What kind of irresponsible and fraudulent behaviour is this?
              Anyone can understand that the watch cant be damaged by me in such a way without breaking the glass.
              I want my money back!!
              And also I want to sue your fraudulent company for making go through all this torture and for trying to create false cheap image of my moral character. But thats lot of hassle in India, just for that reason your lame company could save its as*s

                Refund for order cancelled not credited even after 1.5 months

                I had ordered a kurti on 26th of November 2020. Since it was taking more than the expected delivery time and I was moving out of station, I had cancelled the order on 2nd December. It has been 1.5 months and I haven't received my refund amount. I followed up with them on emails, online customer care but haven't received any help so far.

                I have made payment of INR 1353.60 through paytm wallet on 5th Jan 2021 at 04:11 pm. shoppers stop has neither confirmed the order nor refunding my money. The Order ID is[protected]_[protected] and paytm Transaction ID is [protected]

                I have emailed and called the customercare several times so far. They say that they will look into the case CAS[protected]Z9W2K1 CRM:02683265 but never get back to me

                So I request with you to look for the failed transaction and refund the amount.

                  We bought a skirt from the shoppers stop jaipur outlet which had a price 999 written on it with a 70% off coupon. Ideally it should be around 300 rupees but in the bill it was charged at 599. This is highly incorrect as what is written and what is charged are totally different. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I’m attaching the tag and the bill along with the complaint.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am awaiting resolution on delivery of 2 eGVs vide below ORder numbers:

                    But I am not getting these delivered on my email or even alternate email.

                    Repeated calls and emails have not helped in resolving this. I had ordered total 11 vouchers and received 9 vouchers on same email but these 2 not received which is very surprising and astonishing.

                    Its been 7 days since I had placed the order without any resolution.

                    Please provide me escalation matrix and contact of Senior Management of Shoppers Stop for resolution of my complaint as I am sure Senior Management of Shoppers Stop will not want such an experience for their customers when they purchase online especially during these COVID times when online shopping and ease of doing same are most important. The resolution of my dispute and silence over numerous emails I send is not desirable at all.

                    There is no Escalation Matrix provided by Shoppers Stop to escalate complaints. The consumer complaints redressal process is very bad and unorganised.

                    Please help in resolution of my issue with delivery of Gift vouchers or refund my money back.

                        I had placed order for a Tommy Hilfiger Navy Satchel Handbag on[protected].I got the bag delivered but found that the detachable strap of the bag was missing. I had raised complaint regarding the same, but there was a lot of chaos happening. Finally, one of your associates suggested me to go for return of the product & get the same product again. Trusting your associate & Shoppers Stop, even before getting the refund I bought the bag again[protected]. But once again I got the bag without the strap. And when I raised the complaint, I didn't get any proper response & literally I had to call/e-mail them everyday just to send me that missing product. And now after 15days they are telling me they don't have the strap & asking me to go for an exchange again. They had also mentioned that they had seen the CCTV footage from the shop & they had sent the strap along with the bag, so do you think I got to lie. I have lost the trust completely on SS & I am very firm that I want the strap of the bag. I would also like to let you know that I haven't got the refund for the previous product yet. I do not expect this kind of service or response that your associates have been giving.

                        Please let me know when I will be getting the refund amount of Rs.5599 & also an exact date when I will be getting the strap. Attaching the invoices, product images & case ID for the same.

                          I have given my fossils watch for leather strap problem they changed the strap in one month then also the strap is very poor and not same to the previous one and quality of the strap is very poor they took it on 17th of nov and now today on 18th December they are telling it will take one more month very poor customer service and i will copy this and send it to consumer forum for poor behavior

                                  I had purchased W white and blue kurta with the above product number on 18/07/2020. When I recently wore it I found that it is damaged with two small torn circles in the front.
                                  I immediately went to shoppers stop showroom at Indore from where I purchased it.The head here is not ready to help so kindly help mei in this matter and either exchange or refund my money back to me either through credit note or cash.
