Hi,

I am Manvi kapoor from noida. Today i went to gaur city mall and I bought 4 shades of Lakmé matte melt liquid lip colour from ShoppersStop and when I came back home I opened it the bottle it was empty I guess there will be only2-3 drops like it’s only 3-4 time use lipstick and I got shocked first I thought it’s only one but 4 of them was empty.
I have registered complaint on Lakmé they didn’t helped me then I registered a complaint on ShoppersStop even they said we can’t help you. Please look into this matter

    Ordered a dress on April 25, 2021, still not received item and refund after two months. Sent multiple email to Customer Care, but they don't have an answer on either delivery or refund.

      I had ordered T-shirts from ShoppersStop on 19th may under order number :[protected] the same was shipped against AWB No :- [protected]. Current status for the same is showing shipment RTO lock and place is showing Mumbai. Please advice what does this mean and when will i get the courier.

        I had purchased 4 items today with 2 separate bill . In the above bill I had purchased a legenga where an alteration is required and when asked the sales person told me the alteration would be done today itself.When we went to the counter the supervisor Biswajeet Bonia was there and when I told him about the alteration he asked me to wait as the tailor was not there.Aftersometime when the tailor had come he told that it cannot be done today...I requested them to do it today and told them that I am ready to wait if necessary as it would be difficult to come tomorrow to collect the dress.Or other alternative if it could be delivered tomorrow at my address..But so called the supervisor Biswajeet did not even took an effort to find an alternative...He was so busy with his phone and was adamant that it cannot be done today even if I refuse to buy the stuff he was least concerned...He approach towards a customer was not at all satisfactory...This is not expected from a Brand like Shoppers Stop

            Myself DrRitu Raj. I hold a black card of shoppers Stop while my husband hold a platinum card. We visited Select City Walk Shoppers Stop outlet on 21/03/21 and did a shopping of 20k. The bill was supposed to be made on my black card number but your executive Mr Gaurav mistakenly made the bill on my husband's number despite repeatedly asking him to make the bill on my number. Now the cashback points of only 600 has been credited to the platinum card instead of 1200 points which was supposed to be credited to my black card. Kindly look into it and rectify it and credit all 1200 points to my black card asap because I have to visit the store tomorrow for shopping with the cashback points.

              Today I had purchase perfume from Shipper Stop Vashi, they are just fooling the people, I had asked him to show me Skin of Titan but he reluctant to show me the other perfumes brand, as I am not the regular user of Perfumes used to go by the brands as they had the good stuff, he keep pressuring me to take the Comoany name Salvadone Ferragusso ( Blu ). And I get it purchased of the MRP.3800.00 as it’s a new one for me I check the brand and found it the value of Rs.2850.00 in Mantra & Amazon . In your e website the product cost is 2800.00 It’s not the difference of 950.00 but it is of trust which is breached. If I am paying more than the product should be of that level.
              I am residing in Koperkhairne from last 20 years will share my experience in my society & community also.

                I had place a return request for navy blue ladies pants for rs 599/- and light blue kurta for rs 809/-. The delivery person after checking took away the kurta and than I came to know that he had come to collect the pants and by mistake had taken the kurta. I received a message from Shoppers Stop that they have received the pants and money will be refunded but niether have I received 599/- nor 809/ The pant I gifted away to my friend but at least refund rs 809/-

                  Hi Team,

                  We have bought a new dress on 6th March 2021 from the Shoppers Stop, South City Kolkata. We am very sorry to inform you that the fabric of the dress is getting popped up while it is used for the first time. Not also after the use it is during the use the fabric is getting popped out. It was bought for a small girl. Without any external contact with the dress also the fabric is getting popped out automatically.
                  Not sure what may be the reason but we are really very disappointed about the quality of the product.
                  We could not even meet the purpose of buying the product. We have put off the dress within 2 hours from when it was worn as the fabric was getting worse time by time. I could not even use this product once also.
                  I am attaching the pics of the dress. It was such a bad experience with the Shoppers stop product.
                  The small girl was literally crying seeing the damage of the product. Request you to process for the refund for this product and I want to return back the product.

                    In every outlet in kolkata i[censored] go in the perfume or cosmetic or watch section the salesman just keep bothering you even when u are already engaged in looking at some products. They keep pestering you to look at the products they want to sell whether u want them or not . It such an unpleasant situation makes you want to run away from there. They refuse to understand that u need ur own time and some peace of mind when you are shopping. They just see a customer and drive them away with their never ending pestering and talking . It feels like you are in some local vegetable market and not a reputed mall or brand. I don't know how the management doeent see this or how they see it as an encouraging activity. It's very annoying.

                        Your customer care service is pathetic. That is the same case with the delivery office in Hyderabad. They switched off the call when i was following up on the delivery. I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do not see that status. See the attached screenshot. They do not take any extra initiative to solve the customer's issue. Its been highly disappointing. I would never recommend you for any further service.
                        The package is in the delivery center for 5-6 days now. My package was supposed to be delivered on Feb 1st 2021, i didn't receive it still its 8feb 2021 tiday, it is in the DC in Hyderabad, my location is also in Hyderabad. Get me my package ASAP.

                          I had received wrong product, and once called customer service they sent agent in one day but exchange query is not solved yet !
                          This is worst service provided, no body answers the calls or replies to mails .highly disappointed with the service
                          Its been 10days no walid reply and wallet is not able to get generated.worst service experienced

                                I placed one order and the courier partner was unable to deliver, the VERY 2nd day when I got the out for delivery text I called courier that no one is reaching out to me to deliver actually and updating false information. instead of complaining I did not get delivery on 2nd as well as 3rd attempt. hence I wrote to Shopper stop marking cc to courier.
                                I requested them to re attempt and after making so many efforts I got to know that the order is cancelled.
                                Why they are asking to write to customer care if they are actually not able to help.

                                  I had a purchase on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 with the gift card from my organization given to all the employees. The order details as below. I am writing this as the product not yet delivered. This shows the poor responsibilities you have towards customer as half of the order delivered.

                                    I have placed an order on shopperstop on 23-jan-2021
                                    and it is being shipped my ecom express and it has reached destination delivery center on[protected] and haas not yet been delivered and when i called ecom customer care they told me that " your order has been cancelled by shopperstop" now i dont know is it shopperstop to be blamed or ecom express. But please deliver my item . And i havent asked shopeerstop for any cancellation.Worst customer service from shopperstop

                                      I got damaged product from Shopper Stop Online site. I tried returning immediately but the status of my product delivery isnt updated in their system, so reached out to their customer care, who told me to wait for the status to get updated. In this conversation, they didnt bother to ask the reason for return nor did they told to send the pictures of the damaged product(This info was later given when I called customer care about my refund after waiting for 20 days without any update from them). So I've waited and returned it. Waited 20 days for their response but no mail or call from them, worried about my money, I called them and to my shock they said that they wont refund my money cuz product is damaged. What kind of open fraud is this?
                                      You guys sent me damaged product and because I've returned, now you charge me for that stupid product of yours?
                                      Shopping on your lame website is my biggest mistake, I should have read the reviews in the app store about your pathetic service and goods.
                                      The watch is wastefully damaged that one of its hand is detached and rolling on the dial, how can I damage a watch without breaking it, I've asked the same question to their customer care but they bother answering my question. They just say that, they have verified from their end and they've found no damage to the product while sending it.
                                      What kind of irresponsible and fraudulent behaviour is this?
                                      Anyone can understand that the watch cant be damaged by me in such a way without breaking the glass.
                                      I want my money back!!
                                      And also I want to sue your fraudulent company for making go through all this torture and for trying to create false cheap image of my moral character. But thats lot of hassle in India, just for that reason your lame company could save its as*s

                                        I have made payment of INR 1353.60 through paytm wallet on 5th Jan 2021 at 04:11 pm. shoppers stop has neither confirmed the order nor refunding my money. The Order ID is[protected]_[protected] and paytm Transaction ID is [protected]

                                        I have emailed and called the customercare several times so far. They say that they will look into the case CAS[protected]Z9W2K1 CRM:02683265 but never get back to me

                                        So I request with you to look for the failed transaction and refund the amount.
