ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date. This has been a second bad experience with ShoppersStop on Refund process. Earlier also, I got the refund after putting the matter on Consumer Complaints.
The item was picked up on 03/Oct and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund does not work with them.
