    Refund against cancellation of order # - 384300320

    Address: Pune

    Ordered online @Shoppersstop.com on 20th January 2024. Though Shoppers stop promises delivery within 3-5 business days, it has been more than 20 days that this order has not been delivered.

    I am chasing customer service to initiate a refund as they are not able to deliver the product however despite they are accepting that something has goofed up with logistics and they will initiate a refund, till date the refund is not initiated....

    Defective product sent. The product is not working. Invoice enclosed. Complaint and request for refund made on 25th and even after sending the documents and video, Shoppers Stop has not initiated the return and refund.

      Went to Mall de Goa, Porvorim on 8th Feb 2024 at 18:12 hrs to purchase a dress. Staff were not very helpful in the store but that didn't matter till the time came to check out. Went to the cashier counter and was met by Shankar (Cashier/Employee). Billing was done and he mentioned the amount. I told him that I would pay by card and I would like to "tap" my card as I did not feel comfortable handing him my physical card. He turned irritable by my request and hesitantly shoved the machine into my face for me to tap it. When I tapped, it did not work. Keep in mind, I had just used it twice before elsewhere and it worked perfectly fine. In my personal experience of handling these machines, the option to turn off the tap feature is available and can be deactivated very easily. He then took my card forcibly, swiped it himself and with anger, ripped the receipt off the machine. He also aggressively tore off the clothing bill and shoved everything into a bag and placed it on the counter. I expected him to hand it to me.
      This man does not deserve to be working at an outlet like Shoppers Stop. You request us to be decent and polite when lodging a complaint. Maybe you should teach the same values and culture to your employees. Also train them, on how to deal and welcome customers who walk into your store and are paying customers. I did find it to be a bit racist because the staff attitude to some foreigners in the shop was very different as compared to the Indians.
      Please note that I am NOT interested in freebies, discounts, refunds or apologies. I work abroad and all I expect is a bit of respect and courtesy. If I want to "tap" my card, I have every right to do so as per the law of this country. I do not have to do what your cashiers want me to do.

        ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date.
        The item was picked up on 22/Jan and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. its 6 Feb they still say 3 days more Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund does not work with them.

            I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply unsatisfactory experience I recently had at your store, specifically with one of your staff members named Mr. AMLAN BANERJEE. On 26/01/24 I visited Shopper’s Stop, Mani Square Mall Kolkata 164/1 Mani Square Mall, Maniktala Main Road, Kankurgachi, Kolkata Pin : 700054 to inquire about the availability of sales on a Carlton Backpack . To my dismay, Mr. AMLAN Banerjee responded in an extremely rude manner when I asked about potential discounts. Instead of providing a courteous response, he tersely suggested that I should purchase the item elsewhere if I was looking for a deal. I expect a higher standard of service from your staff, and incidents like these are detrimental to the overall image of your company. It is my hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future, fostering a more positive and customer-friendly environment within your store.               I had raised a refund of two watches from which i got refund of only one watch and other is pending while contacting shopperstop customer care they told my that watch provides by me is local but at the time of pickup delivery boy verified the watch this fraud is done by shopperstops delivery executive please help me to get my fefund back my order id is[protected]

                    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent order, #Order No-[protected], placed on 7th December-23, which has not been delivered to me despite the indicated delivery window.
                    It has been 16Days since I made the purchase, and unfortunately, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of my order. I have made several attempts to reach out to your customer service team through Customer Care, but regrettably, I have not received any response.
                    As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. Not only has the order not been fulfilled within the specified timeframe, but the lack of response from your company compounds the frustration and inconvenience I am experiencing.

                      I have purchased two products from Shoppers stop online store and they have charged more than the MRP written behind the product. They have charged 200 extra i.e. 1450 for Mac Mini-Lipstick which costs for 1250 and 100 extra i.e. 850 Mac Prep + Prime Fix+ / Mini which costs for Rs.750. I have sent emails and also raised complaint through their customer portal but of no help. I need refund of Rs.300 that they have charged from me. This way they have scammed many people so need to take action, hence raising this complaint.

                        I ordered 10 tops from shopper stop online portal in 16 August 2023 in which they sent 1 yellow kibo crop top instead of 1 white kibo top. They arranged pick up for wrong delivered product. And on portal showed they are shipping on 6 September but till date no product delivered after multiple complaints noone is responding properly on calls and chats also even I complained on store also. But they are neither providing any resolution nor responding always giving new case id and I have all the proofs regarding this. Kindly look into it. They are making people fool.

                          I made the biggest mistake of my life by ordering a gift for my close one from shopper’s stop. First they couldn’t deliver my order even in 10 days. Now when I requested the company for cancellation, they’re just asking for 3 more days every time since the past 3 days.

                          This is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever experienced while shopping online. Compare your company to the likes of Myntra and Ajit. They Initiate instant refunds.
                          If your company keeps working like this I’m sure no one is going to order from you again.

                            I ordered a product which was defective so I requested for exchange. When blue dart came to deliver the exchange product, they asked for OTP which I never received. So the guy did not delivered the product. Since than it is held at Andheri location.
                            I have emailed multiple times to customer care but all I get is automated response that we have forwarded to the team. No action has been taken yet.

                                    I ordered "Puma" shoes having order id[protected] on 12 july 2023. I returned the product on same day it delivered to me i.e 16 july 2023 and also attached photos in returning procedure. I didn't like the color and fit of shoes so i mentioned the reason as shoes looks different. So it went through their procedure. I called them 50 times to their customer service and not getting any satisfactory reply. Shoes i ordered is with 4000 rupees. It has been 4 months since i oredered. Request you to help me.

                                      ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date. This has been a second bad experience with ShoppersStop on Refund process. Earlier also, I got the refund after putting the matter on Consumer Complaints.
                                      The item was picked up on 03/Oct and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund...
