I ordered "Puma" shoes having order id[protected] on 12 july 2023. I returned the product on same day it delivered to me i.e 16 july 2023 and also attached photos in returning procedure. I didn't like the color and fit of shoes so i mentioned the reason as shoes looks different. So it went through their procedure. I called them 50 times to their customer service and not getting any satisfactory reply. Shoes i ordered is with 4000...

ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date. This has been a second bad experience with ShoppersStop on Refund process. Earlier also, I got the refund after putting the matter on Consumer Complaints.
The item was picked up on 03/Oct and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund...

I ordered online 4 dinner sets to shoppers stop.com, but 3 dinner plates r broken in one parcel, i complaint for that to shoppers stop on 15 September 2023, but they didn't solve my problem till today .

I purchased two watches total worth 17, 394 rps. I returned the products. The items were picked up but till now I haven’t received my refund. It’s been more than 15 days for the first order since the item was picked up. And more than 7 days since the second item was picked. I have been calling and emailing the customer care everyday even then there’s no update or resolution provided to me....

I placed my order on 07/08/2023 from shopperstop site but the moment i enteredthe OTP, their site showed data error and got refresh but my money got deducted from the bank and not returned back.plz help me

I ordered for reebok shoes on 23.Jul.23.

Product was delivered on 28.Jul.23.

I placed exchange on 28.Jul.23 for order ID[protected] for reebok shoes as I received wrong size shoe UK7 instead of ordered UK8 shoes .

I ordered ivy pillow on shopper stop and they delivered the wrong product on jul 16th and return was picked up jul 17th. It has been more than two weeks and no response from customer care. No mail or message from customer care. The customer care is not responding. the product has reached warehouse on 25th and according to shoppers stop with 48 hours refund or exchange should be initiated. On 16th June 2023, I tried to place an order for amount INR 2627.22 from Shoppers stop Android app. After making the payment, I noticed that the amount got debited from my bank account immediately (see proof attached) but I did not get an order confirmation. The item remained in my basket.

The customer care service is really really poor, even when u r connected to an executive that person won't speak up.br...

I had ordered sunglasses on 23rd May which were delivered on 27th May. The sunglasses had scratches on the lenses. Such poor QC from the dispatch team.

This issue I faced multiple times. They send used clothes, after return then pickup the product and never refund your money. This site should be banned...

This is a fraud website. The send used clothes, after return, they pick up your products and never do a refund. If you check the status at site, they will mark it as pickup failed after few days. This has happened to me third time now. Exactly same pattern. I had a gift voucher to spend here, otherwise would have never bought anything from these frauds...

I have a balance amount of ₹2000 in my SS wallet .Now when I want to redeem the amount when the OTP is sent every time I enter the OTP it does not get submitted and I try it thrice my account gets locked for 24 hours.
