[Resolved]  Shoppingoutlet.in — no response there after paying minimum amount

Updated by Santu.Hyd Hi, I have ordered shoes in shoppingoutlet.in for rupees 2850 /- with cash on delivery on order number : 40114162.
To qualify for the COD they asked me to pay some of rupees 285 /- on

They have verified my mobile number and I have paid rupees 285 /-
I got reply through message over phone that
your payment ( id[protected] of rs. 285 for shopping outlet is successful..
for queries visit pmny.in
But when I check track order by giving order number in shoppingoutlet.in
it's showing order number is not showing. when I try to call their customer care number : [protected] no one is responding since many days.
I doubt this shoppingoutlet.in site is spam and see that severe action is taken against it. They are cheaters.

Updated by Santu.Hyd Still I haven't received any update or message or email yet. I am sure they are fraud . Kindly take strict action against them.

Updated by Santu.Hyd I got message from shopping outlet on 24th january that my order number : 40114162 will receive in 5 days but now it's more than 10 days and no reply from them. I messaged them about it 2 days ago but no reply from shopping outlet.in . The number they provided as customer care number is not lifting the calls after repeatedly calling them many times. I want to take strict action on shopping outlet.in because it proved to be fake, fraud and cheating customers. They are cheating customers wantedly . Please ban them as they are not genuine.
