Shree Maruti Courier Service Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered a parcel from Hyderabad through shree maruti courier which was supposed to arrive on 7 March. Today is 14 March and it still hasn't arrived.
The customer care is giving stupid reasons like it's very far away (only 19 hrs distance)
And today they're not answering my calls
All the numbers are switched off
And one person named chitta ranjan Pradhan from bhubaneswar branch of shree maruti picked up the call after dialing 100 times and yelled at me that If I call so much they won't be able to do their work
It's been 15 days now I haven't received my parcel.
This type of behaviour isn't acceptable.

There is a customer care number mentioned on Shree Maruti Courier website.
But contacting that number returns that the number is not in service.

This is disappointing. I need to track a shipment and wanted to get in touch with them at the earliest.

My parent sent Honey from Diphu Shree Maruti Courier service to Bangalore. When I checked the given receipt for tracking, I found out that the products had been delivered to Delhi instead of Bangalore. One person has connected from the Shree Maruti Courier service, Diphu. He shares the DSR report, as per his report, I have connected to the person who got the products in Delhi. Coincidence, his courier number, and my parcel number are the same. But no resolution for my grievance to date. The concerned person from Diphu didn't even pick up my call.

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express deep dissatisfaction with the recent courier service (Document Number: [protected]). On the 14th, I paid an additional 1000 rupees for air delivery from Delhi to Bangalore. Regrettably, the shipment was sent by road, contrary to our agreement.

This misrepresentation raises serious concerns about your company's integrity. I entrusted Shree Maruti Courier Service with a time-sensitive delivery, and the deviation from the agreed service level is unacceptable.

Attempts to contact Amanjeet Singh at [protected] have been futile. I demand immediate clarification on why my high-priority shipment was sent by road despite the air courier charge. Additionally, I seek an explanation for the air courier fee discrepancy.

I urgently need information on the current status and location of my package, picked up on the 14th.

I expect a prompt and comprehensive response. Failure to address these concerns will compel me to escalate through consumer protection channels and share my negative experience online.

I have ordered 2.75 kg. eatable item from Chandravilas Bhuvan, Satara on 04.01.2023.

My tracking no. is [protected].

Till date, I have not received the packet. After enquiring at Chakan Office, it is found that the package is sent by M/s. Bhagyalaxmi Enterprises, Satara to Apurva Mehul, Thane.

If on the receipt, it is clearly written that From Chandravilas Bhuvan, Satara to Mr. Dilip Nagaonkar, Flat No. 206, Nabhangan, Chovisawadi, Charholi Phata, Pune 412 105, how the addresses of receipent and sender got changed?

It is very strange. Since we have ordered eatable items, it is not worth to receive it after such a long delay. The service is very unsatisfactory.

Arrange to send the packets immediately.

I have parseled my mirror in agency nalari global courier and logistics, i have sent a Parsel in shree maruti but i received parsel in st courier service. The mirror is full proper packed with fragile sticker. I have paid 2288 rupees for air transportation . Its very disappointing that even the frames been broken. Very pover handle and service. Im very disappointing with courier service I want refund for my loss.

I booked urgent delivery documents on the date 26.12.2023 through fast track service from Gurgaon to Jhansi which was required to deliver on urgent priority at Jhansi on the next day.
The courier representative committed to the same and confirmed for delivery of the item at Jhansi by 27.12.2023.
Today is 29.12.2023 and the consignment has not been delivered at the location till now. If I booked in the normal category through any courier, items shall be delivered in 3 days.

Till now no firm confirmation from the courier representative and he is not ready to return the amount charged against fast track service also.

A very unprofessional response was received in this transition. Not recommending anyone to send any courier through Shree Maruti Courier Service. I can not afford a loss to happen due to this delay in the delivery of items.

I haven’t received the parcel...

I have been dispatched the consignment on 6 Nov 2023 but I have not delivered yet. It shows in transit only. Shipment no is [protected]

Extremely unprofessional behavior, even the package wasn't delivered to my flat but left at the gate. Tracking number [protected].

From the attitude I thoroughly understand perhaps these complaints least matters to these people.

Courier was sent to me from Nashik to Pune. The package is showing as delivered but I have not received it till now. When I call the courier company they put me on hold and finally disconnect without resolving the issue. When I wrote to their helpline they gave me 2 numbers to call in Pune but both numbers go unreplied.

I sent a courier to thodupuzha idukki district of kerala through shree maruti courier service hisar haryana..the service was by air and it's the 7th day still the parcel didn't reach .. first thodupuzha staff were saying they won't deliver to our location..but even after paying extra..they said they will deliver after two days ...this is the worst service.. thodupuzha head office staff didn't even respond to the calls

Shree Maruti Courier Service Jaipur poor handling of consignment.

Sent courier Track# [protected] from Jaipur to Jharkhand and they sent the same to Ahmedabad.

Courier tracking number also show back date delivery.
After complaining, they promised to send at proper address in 2 days but are hesitant to share new courier tracking number.

Stay alert. Never ever opt for their services.

I am talking about Dipak Prajapati (He denied to give his employee id). I want to ask why you people misbehaving with the customers? I also checked here in the complain sections there are lots of complain filled by the customers.

I totally agreed that you guys are in the service sectors and delivery partners, so it may delayed sometimes. But I really don't understand that why employees not well trained here. He even don't know how to treat with the people. I'm simply asking him that my courier is came yesterday at the destination then why don't you are delivered the courier in the morning time? it's almost 5PM. My office and courier office distance not more than 3km. So I expected that it must to delivered in the Morning. On this matter he replying me rudely and don't even bothered that he is seating in the service sector.

I'm really disappointed with this type of service. I expect that shree maruti courier have to look into this matter and take strict action.

Dear Sir,

I am working at KCMI, Keshavnagar.

The delivery boy who is coming here for delivering the parcel is very impatient and his behaviour towards customer is very bad. He doesn't wait and leaves immediately with parcel many times undelivering the parcel.
His speaking sounds so that he doesn't need customers and business.
Whenever I ask him to provide contact of his senior person, he says that is boss himself and there is no boss over him.

I have booked a courier from Powai, Mumbai for IIM Bangalore on 14th September 2023.

Today i.e. 20th September 2023, it has not reached destination.

Kindly deliver it today and confirm to me about delivery.

I have not received my shipment booked from Delhi to bargarh(odisha).when i call the customer care executive they said the branch of Bargarh has closed it will take time and talk with me in very impolite way. if the branch has closed then why are they received the parcel from Delhi for Bargarh location. the courier company have nothing to lose but i am suffering. please send it soon.

This is regarding my shipment no [protected] delivered from Karad, Maharashtra to Moga, Punjab which contained food items
The shipment was recived with 2 food items were missing with one food item new packet open and half product in it and sealed with cello tape .
Secondly the the parcel wasn't delivered to delivery address in Moga instead was told to collect from office/ or delivered to substitute place in moga city inspite of paying full amount of the package .
This is highly in appropriate behaviour also we weren't informed while booking that the package won't be delivered to the address later on told by moga and karad branches that they will deliver only in 5 km radius from the office The address given was 5.3 km from the office. Which caused us unnecessary inconvenience which is again highly inappropriate.

I couriered 2 parcels Doc no[protected] and[protected] last saturday26/8/23. It's almost been 1 week and I have received only 1 parcel. I am still looking for other cargo[protected]. I tried to reach the Maruti Courier Banglore office, But I didn't get a proper response from their side.
