ஸ்ரீராம் சிட் பண்ட் இல் வேலை செய்யும் அனைவரும் பொய் பித்தலாட்டம், நாணயம் இல்லாதவர்கள். தங்களுடைய டார்கெட் பெறுவதற்காக மக்களை ஏமாற்றி chit fund போடவைத்து பாவங்களை சம்பாதிக்கின்றனர். சீட்டு தொகையை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றால் இன்சுரன்ஸ் போட வேண்டும் என்று கொடுமை செய்கின்றனர் அப்படியே இன்சூரன்ஸ் எடுத்தாலும் 3 சூருட்டி கையெழுத்துக்கள் கேட்டு வெறுப்பு ஏற்றுகிறார்கள். எல்லாம் தயார் செய்து கொடுத்த பின்னரும் சிட் தொகை வருவதற்கு 100 நாட்கள் மேல் எடுத்துக் கொள்கிறார்கள். மேலும் அதற்கு ஜிஎஸ்டி வேறுபடுகிறார்கள் அதைப் பற்றி முன்னறிவிப்பு எதுவும் இல்லாமல். ஸ்ரீராம் சிட்ஸ் கம்பெனி முழுமையாக பிராடு கம்பெனியாக மாறிவிட்டது

    Ur staff tamil all are information wrong and cheating amt in every customer.i am several talk but not ressponible. Also 2months before i am complaint raise (mr suresh GM) and senthil AGM)
    but still no one action and recover my complaint.so pls take action in concern team and solve this issues imdly.

    We are the CUSTOMER of Shriram chits and almost seven chits we invested, .Due to some personal emergency we took 10 lakhs from outside people for interest and to repay it we planned to take on of our chit on surity basis..the team committed to pay the amount last year before march 2020 itself (confirmed by branch manager Mr. Tamil selvam and ### manger Mr.Raja)know and submitted all the relevant documents..whenever we follow with them they are coming up with new new requirements..may be your team is not capable enough to collect all the relevant documents in first go. But still (2021 Oct) not clear my chit . Daily Mr.Raja said today we will clear. Thats why I had complaint to police station. Police came and warning to him but they are not clear today itself. last two week no one picked up our call and This week when again we called they are asking (Mr.Raja) for two days I will clear the chit. this un necessary dragging by your team made us to pay 2 months interest..if this dragging is as per protocol pls educate your team about the proper timeline and not to give any wrong committments to the CUSTOMER..we are not satisfied with your scheme.       Mr. Chari from pune main branch is creating trouble for me.
      1) He says cheque are not accepted even though I always paid in cheque.
      2) Does not involve me in bid offer, Does not show me bid offer.
      3) Has rude behaviour on personal level.

      I wanted him to be transferred from Bid Account Department immediately.
      I don't want him to see him or handle my account going forward from next month.

        I am a member in Ur chit in Coimbatore Gandhipuram Branch.
        I taked five groups chit value 25 Lakhs.
        Two months before I closed my 5L chit at 3.5L.
        But till the date I not received my chit amount.
        I give one of my property for chit security.its value 15L.i spend my money 10 thousand for legal and valuation before one week.
        kindly give me my chit amount early.
        Otherwise please closed my all chits.
        i think the Delaying reason is the staffs and manager asked the Insurance.

            Hi I am member of sriram chit and I was paying for 3 lakh chit policy. This month I took the bid and today I recieved the cheque for 2, 13, 642 ( Rupees two lakhs thirteen thousand six hundred and fourty two only). I came to know that they have deducted Rs. 2200 as verification charges. I was not informed about this charges while applying. When I enquired in branch about this amount they said it's company policy and its not our job to inform you. Your staff behaviour is very rude and they don't know how to speak with the customer. First of all You cannot deduct customer money for verification purposes. It is your response to do verification. In this case I wants my money Rs. 2200 back and necessary action against the rude behaviour of branch staffs. If am not getting proper response from your side I will make a complaint at banking ombudsman. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.. Thank you

              I have made an FD in this organisation on 12th sep 2020 with maturity of 1yr I need to get amount back on 14th of September 2021, they are not crediting my amount back and if I ask i[censored] don't extend it I will make it more late i[censored] don't want to do that you should extend it they are saying is this the right way these scroundrals treat public r customer .

                    I joined as part of 10L chit during 2015 with Shriram chit, Madipakkam.

                    I completed all 50 installment with some interest which was claimed on some months without any delay during June 2021.

                    Though we are done on repaying the money, we still haven't received our House property documents and Rs. 50K which was forcefully induced into life insurance without our consent.

                    We are still trying to reach the office members, but not getting proper responses and it crosses more than 3 months.

                    I want an immediate action to recover my cash and documents from your company. Delay in action would lead to sue an case against your company on Monday.

                      I have chits at Mogappair branch i havee submited the verification document to the office and the ashiq mohammed was taken the verification document and i have give appointment for the customers but he delayed the verification i asked him why delayed but he was speaking harshly he told we take more days to take thee verification

                        What is rabish berhaviour mentalitys your employees and also amount paid every monthend time Iam said but they called many more time. And tell penalty sending many more time

                                  Myself and my son-in law is paying 5 lakhs chit for shriramchits. We informed while taking itself, we need the fund in August due to marriage. That time Mr. Manikandan of Broadway way branch employee told, no issues, you can take the money in the month of August.

                                  Now when we asked, he told take 4 surities to get the money, which was not informed earlier to us, since we have good reputation in our area and relations, we have submitted the same.

                                  Now, today, we have not called for chit bidding for this month, but Mr. Manikandan informed yesterday, fund is alloted to you, please come and get the money.

                                  Today My son-in-law yogesh prabhu visited the Broadway branch and met Mr. Ramakrishnan, who was sr. Manager in that branch and informed yogesh 3, 00, 000 lakh is alloted and you have to take insurance policy in LIC for 50000 PA, which is cumpolsary to get the amount, when he asked, this is not informed earlier to us. Mr. Ramakrishnan replied and went in without waiting for reply. That, if you want money, please pay insurance.

                                  I tried to reach him I his mobile no. : [protected] and manikandan [protected], phones are not answered and no reply calls from them for the past 1 hr.

                                  Such a good reputed chitfund name is getting spoiled bcoz of such employees who is purposely cheating the customers for their money emergency which is not right.

                                  Request shriram chits to address and clear the issue in 2 days to avoid reaching consumer forum from my side.

                                      I was given wrong wrong information at the time of getting insurance. The person whose loss has happened today is the person's responsibility.
