I have approached kumbakonam branch to join in a chit, ms. Jayasri gave application a filled, and advised to remit a sum of rs.8600/- 3 lakhs 40 month group. I remitted rs.8600/- 21.1.2020. Group/ ticket no 41/[protected] group /ticket 16311538/0 but sofar they did not allot the group. When i enquired in the month mar 2020 to they told members are not enrolled in the group and asked me to switch over another group and gave another application but inspite of repeated phone call to mr. M. Saravanakumar senior manager the mobile is un unanswered.in this juncture i am not interested to join in the group. Kindly refund the amount.

I was taken a loan for bike i was put all documents and address of details of my mom mrs dorasanamma w/o sk hazarath, dear sir as lock down of india the rbi was said they was 3months of all type of (Loans) was given as a 3months mantoriyeam was given it correct and this mantoriyem to be attached of all type of finance company as included in this mantoriyeam to only said to be only credit card emi should be pay compasary, sir lock down suchivation i can't go out sir, dear sir today it self one exctive was call to me for emi i was saying to her he was not listening sir till lock down end i don't have money sir dear sir u can see my previous track of last 6 month i was pay time to time and date to date present no work to me my salary r not came sir how can i pay in this lock down time

Two time EMI EMI deducated 2and emi t so req sriram Chit employee refund my amount

Sir, i am regular customer of the sri ram chits for the past 10 years. I have joined the 5 lakhs chits. Group no. 4580/69511/30. The same has been completed dec. 2019. I have paid my dues regularly without delay. My chits action was wrongly allotted to me without my knowledge on october. 2018, but it is knew two months before.in this regard no fault is happen my side. Till date my amount was not settled to me. I am genuine customer. My chit lies in ranipet branch, vellore district. Sir, solve the problem, and settled my amount along with interest with out delay.

The nanganallur sri ram chits branch, where my family had joined chits were intially giving good service, however in 2010, onwards an agent shri prakash helped in geeting a trade loan from city union finance o 3/2009. I was paying the monthly dues till 11/2009 when i bid the chit for rs344500/and asked the agent to close the trade loan in november 2009. Accordingly he gave me a statement intimating closing of the trade loan.

In the year 2010 i joined a ten lakh chit under 84001/21 and i bid the chit for & lakhs, however they did not pay the amount as they were asking for house documents as surety although i promised to give good financial security. Since they did not pay any chit money for my daughter marriage, i stopped all payment and asked them to produce details of chit etc.

In the year 2013, i got a notice from district registrar chennai about a dispute about the chit under no 69054/32.. I appeared befre the director and explained how the nanganallur office staff had diverted the money paid in chit no 84001/21 to other chits without any intimation to me of written orders. The reistrar asked me to meet ms ellavarasi legal head, who on meeting asked details available with me.in the subsequent meeting she intimated that the dispute before the registrar has been withdrawn

Since then i have been going to the office to sort out my issue but to no avail.

I ave now learnt that the trade loan was not closed in 2009 but in 2011, and the chit money which was bid by me under 69054/32 has been misused and diverted to other areas. The amount paid into chit under 84001/21 has also been divereted o other accounts.

Theagent prakash had collected abearer cheque in 6/2010 for an amount of rs66280/towards chit payment, however he without paying the amount in to my chit account took a dd on my behalf and send it to sri ram city union, withou any intimation or reason.

Further the manager of nanganallur branch took rs one lakh by cheque (Two cheques of fifty thousand each) in january 2011, and i do not know where the money has been used.

I have been requesting the officers of the legal department to sort out all issue and return my money after adjustments, which they are no doing

Requset you to kindly take appropriate action under intimation to me

This shriram chit fund is worst in behaving, i have put chit of 5lacs in shriram chits. After i have taken the chit at 20th month. They are delaying in giving the chit amout. Asking unnessary security docs. And purposely delaying the payment and not even proper answer to the day. Rude behaviour by branch manager and treating customers like rough.

No proper process. Careless answers for return of chit amount.

I say its fraud chit i have ever seen.

Chit ref fvm 13-4, customer: i c nagi reddy lifted the chit on[protected]. I visited your kadapa1 branch to collect my cheque on[protected]. Your d. M refused to issue cheque. He asked me to come on 3rd october, 2019. As per your waiting period one month, i waited. Surity formalities every thing fulfilled by me. So, please release my payment at the earliest possible.

I have taken vehicle loan from shriramchits darsi branch it is in ongol district andrapradesh. My loan number darsitw[protected]. I am paying emi every month on time with out dealy since 10 months. But last 3 months i am not paying emi why because that recovery agent not came to my address to collect the emi payment. His name is balayya. His behaviour very rude on ladies and scolding on me at office. He didn't explain anything about my emi if i ask him. I am also told to customer care send him to collect the emi. But he didn’t came to my address. Why are you encouraging this types of rude employees. Please punish him

My mom shiromani chandrashekar anegundi from gulbarga age 76 years, receiving police notice for payments, which see never taken.
She might signed for guaranter to mr nagendra agent, who might be absconding. Instead of getting him my mom is getting,

Please understand she is 76 years old bed ridden women leaving on support, why shriram is filing against her when she has not taken a single money.

Please consider withdrawing all notices immediately or else we will go supreme court again company for trouble old women.

I have joined the 20.00 lakhs chit 1005/8/Proddarur-1 and lifted the chit the
amount chit was not credited to my account Rs. 4, 00, 000/-insurance policies were taken by the sriram chits proddatur branch by the manager chits without my knowledge which is not fair. When we asked about this matter it was replied policies will be cncelled and refunded the amount. Yet Rs.1, 60, 000/- is to be refunded by sriram chits proddatur branch. please look into the matter and refund the amount immediately. My cell no: [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com

Sir it's case of harassment against amit chavan. I want total seriously n deeply enquiry against the person. I want to keep it secret bcoz it's related to dignity of woman. Due to it sir pls send me related email ids and also addresses on it i can send written complaint also. I know it that their seniors of satara branch can't give me justice. So i want this enquiry on higher level

I paid all instalments to sriram chit agent for five lakhs chit. I paid 50 instalments completely .
But due to mistake of agent, company is sending legal notices for 4 instalments amount .
It is the mistake o[censored]r agent
Why should I suffer
Why r u not keeping good agents in ur company.

I have applied loan in sriram finance. But the agent's are keep on asking money. Not processing loan. They said our area Mysore road status showing nagetive, to process the loan we have to deposit sum money. We agreed to pay and paid as well. Again they are asking to deposit 35000 Rs. We told to cancel the loan for that also they are asking 8000 Rs.

I have took a loan of 50 k. And after 3 emis I have cleared all my loan amount in the month of April in miyapur branch they didn't told me that I have paid after 15 after month that is in May the money got deducted from my account I have asked the manager of the branch he not at all give and speaks properly in a professional manner and the staff of that particular branch is very irresponsible and it was their duty to inform me that money will be deducted but they didn't even told me that they just taken the money and given me the slip i mean if there money is not paid for one month means how the do and they will fine us and when I am asking about my money means they jst doesn't respond if respond is there means they are professional

Neft amount not credited to my chit instalment:

I have one 10 lakh and one 5lakh chits in 3356 shriram chits branch and another 10 lakh chit with 3479 branch in srikakulam of andhrapradesh state. I used to pay all my premiums through neft only from my home branch sbi zilla parishad branch srikakulam ifsc sbin0015103. After repeated requests and pleas i could get back 19400 rs after six months which was not reflected in my instalment (Sbin[protected], uro 6900834). Still some of the following neft transactions are not credited to my chit instalment as i have three chits (25lakhs) in two different branches.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
1) sbin[protected] uro5176546 for rs.17000/- dt. Nov 2017.
2) sbin[protected] uro3942591 for rs.17000/- dt. Oct 2017
3) sbin[protected] uro04400668 for rs.18000/- dt. Oct 2017
4) sbin[protected] uro3601152 for rs.9000/- dt. Sep 2017.
Please resolve the issue so that i can pay my next instalment. I further bring to your kind notice that almost all my chits are at the edge of completion and i would like to continue with your company with more amounts.

I have chit currently running with shriram chits in vijayawada, andhra pradesh worth of 200000/- for 40 months.
I attended one chit for bidding it was gone bid of 17000 they collected prized money for 10000 (Means collected for 190000). Next time i attend next bidding it was gone bid of 15000 they collected for 10000. And also i found the manager himself with the staff staff creates dummy bidders and bids for the chits and takes the money. The agents at shriram chits are also bidders where as they are not suppose to bid.
When i asked for bidder details they try to manhandle me. I went to complaint to divisional manager. He replied arrogantly.
Please help me.

Hi sir/madam,

I have enrolled in the 3 lakh chit with shriram chits maraimalai nagar branch. Chennai. I enrolled in april month bid. And shriram chits has to pay me 2.5 lakh bid amount. I have deposited all documents with regard to this and till now i did not get the cheque.

My chit no[protected].

After nearly 1 month they are still asking for more documents and till now not processed my cheque.

Have submitted a salary slip of my guarantors which they are working in government organization and they have a different format. And shriram chits is expecting a salary slip like that of a corporate company. Infact they had visited the guarantors house and their working premises and still they are not convinced.

I want to know when will i receive my cheque and i also want the interest amount for these many days they had not given the amount.

Kindly do the needful.
