Fraud and Misrepresentation by Simplilearn on Retake CISM exam voucher.
Simplilearn misled me into purchasing a CISM course worth INR 102, 775 by assuring me that a retake exam voucher would be provided if I failed my first CISM exam attempt, provided I met certain specified conditions. Relying on these assurances by sales representative, I enrolled in the course and subsequently fulfilled all the conditions that were communicated to me prior to purchase.
However, when I requested the retake exam voucher, Simplilearn denied my request by citing new eligibility criteria that were never disclosed to me during the sales process or at any time after my purchase. Despite repeatedly seeking clarification regarding when these criteria were changed, why they were changed, and why such changes were never communicated to me, Simplilearn has failed to answer these questions and has refused to provide the promised retake voucher.
The denial of the voucher based on previously undisclosed criteria, after I relied on the assurances provided by Simplilearn's authorized representative and invested INR 102, 775, appears to be a deceptive and unfair business practice. This has resulted in financial loss, mental distress, and a significant loss of trust.
I request that Simplilearn honor the commitment made by its authorized sales representative and immediately provide the promised CISM retake exam voucher. Alternatively, if Simplilearn refuses to honor its commitment, I seek a full refund of INR 102, 775, along with appropriate compensation for the financial loss, inconvenience, and mental distress caused by the misrepresentation and denial of the promised benefit.
