Simplilearn — forcing and doing fraud | |||||
My name is pankaj and i enrolled a course of business analyst from simplilearn at cost of 39, 100/- and i pay this amount through the emi optionof zestmoney link which they have sent me. My online class is about to start from 6 june. But due to a mishappening happened with me in this pendamic at my hometown. I came my hometown and i am unable to attend their class and i am unable to pay emi because i have lost my job in this pendamic. So i requested to simplilearn that cancel my subscription as i have not attend any class and refund that amount to zestmoney as i am not able to pay emi now. But they denied and again and again telling me that refund is not possible. They are just doing sales with people in this pendamic where many of people have lost their job. It all happened with in 10 days only They are not accepting my situation. Please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||||
