Simplilearn — Fraud by Simplilearn(PMP)

I have purchased a PMP exam voucher from simplilearn in October 2025 and my account manager ensured me that it will be valid for 1.5 years and I can claim the voucher anytime. However when my PMP application got approved by PMI and I have finished all pre-requisite to appear in the exam then I was informed my Simplilearn that my voucher is expired and I have purchased a new voucher. I have already paid ?50, 000 and again they are asking for the same amount. On the other hand I contacted my account manager for this reason and at first instance he said that he will take care and I do not have to pay extra. Now yesterday he informed that he can't do anything and I have to pay the amount again. Such a worst experience Simplilearn. I have never imagined of such a fraud. I was never informed that it will expire in 3 months when they assured me validity of 1.5 years.Please reactivate my exam voucher or refund my money otherwise I have to take legal action.
